I reserved a dolly but didn’t get one. Was also charged for a dolly. It was okay but not great.

Gas station. Good for drop off and that’s about it.
TIMOTHY KThe uhaul was dirty on the inside! The employee wasn’t sure how to do everything and ended up not removing the safe $15 feet I did not want or ask for and they told me after she charged me when I question why it was almost $140 and they said I would have to call customer service to get it credited back. Inreserved a dolly and there was not a dolly and I was charged for it. They said customer service would credit me back! Overall how it was handled was not okay. The gas reading was wrong luckily I took pics of everything before I drove off . I’d like a rep to call me and get this fixed please
LEANNE WI felt bad for the lady who worked there because she didn’t know how to unhook the trailer. After unloading the trailer and a hit back o was dreading lifting the trailer myself but thankfully a customer helped me.
Katherine KTrailer not swept out, and there was both debris and a large styrofoam beverage (half full) in the trailer. Very little assistance with the trailer.
