I was told I was hooked up and ready to go so I didn't check, the officer who gave me a ticket informed me the lights did not work. I had to delay my trip to get a connector cord to hook up the lights. No one at this location cared about the safety issues involved. Plus I heard two men about to come to blows in the back. Very uncomfortable at this location.

Your computer program is overly difficult to use. I recognize your liability issues, but it took a very patient and intelligent employee almost 30 minuets to complete our paperwork. Too bad our country has too many lawyers.

Took too long to pick up. U haul doesn’t have a ramp on trucks to roll items in. The hidden fees and inconvenience was not worth the time or money.

As a Kobota dealership, it was a little hard to identify as a Uhaul location. It could possibly use some Uhaul signage. Lots of space to get around. Otherwise, another excellent experience.

Rental was reserved and confirmed days prior to pick up. When I showed up at the scheduled pick up time none of my equipment was ready. I had to wait close to an hour for them to get a truck, find the auto transport trailer and hook the trailer to the truck. After waiting the hour for all that to be done I was told that I was all set. When I was about to get into the truck I was told that the air conditioner didnt work and that I would need to stop at a Uhaul mechanic along the way to have it fixed. I said this was unacceptable and I requested another truck. I was told the other truck on the lot was not available due to a dead battery. It took another hour to have have a third truck sent to me. In total I spent over 2 hours at the pick up location. This is unsat considering I made the reservation several days prior and then I confirmed the reservation the day before pick up. The drop off went very smooth and very fast, no complaints there. At pick up I asked for some type of discount or conpensation for all my wasted time sitting there and I was met with a very unexpected answer. I was told "sorry bud but I got you another truck not much more I can do for ya". This came from a Uhaul rep not a Ridge Equipment rep however they were not much more help. Outsufe of the drop off it was a pretty miserable experience. Thanks, Josh

I would call this trailer a VINTAGE unit. Poor advertising for U Haul Since this was a one way it was a good way to get it off their site.

My pick up location was changed, called for directions, they were closed, no sign or anything to indicate it is a U HAUL location. No U HAUL equipment visible from fast moving highway. Your equipment way in the back of property which is a heavy equipment seller and maintenance garage.

Incorrectly overcharged still waiting for correct credit, broken windshield on truck and unable to get basic customer service on the phone or in person. Plus, when returning the truck staff was talking to other customers regarding a movie and blowing someone's head off. Very unprofessional especially in front of customers.

The truck smelled like old urine. The dealer didn't have my reservation even though the only U-Hal truck on the lot was the one I reserved, they couldn't find the keys - they had a delivery man who had parked the van then left with the keys in his pocket. They didn't have the hand dolly I ordered. We were delayed an hour as a result. We had a tight deadline to get my mother moved into Assisted Living which we missed as a result. The dealer rep was rude because I was very direct that the who process was a FUBAR.

Only complaint; the man taking the return found it more important to chat with co-workers while we waited for him to do his job. It took 20 minutes or so to get a computer to find out contract so we could get the truck returned. I thought this was excessive time involved when returning the truck and we were the only customer at the time.
