Cherylann HThe location was fine and the truck was clean. It was a little bit older which was fine. I had a little trouble using the check in with uploading pictures but I finally got it. The trucks AC went out on me on the 1st Drive. Then the tire pressure monitor went off and I didn't see anything wrong with the tires. I think if the van was a little newer things would have went a little better. I had the blankets and the dolly in the back as expected. Overall I was not impressed with the experience. I may choose something different next time.
