Samantha K.Was given conflicted information on pickup time. We booked U-Haul 2 months in advanced, only to be told 1 day prior to pickup that we now had to travel approximately an hour to Ridgetown for pickup (we lived in London). Rental was guaranteed for 9am (as per email confirmation) however we were told to pick it up at 10am, to "make sure it was there". We were also told to call in the morning to make sure the person was there for us, otherwise we would have to wait until 11:30am. Very unprofessional response. It took multiple attempts the following day for anyone to even answer our calls. When we finally arrived at 10am for pickup, the person wasn't there and had to be called. We waited another 20 minutes. Overall very unsatisfied with process as this entire ordeal was completely unacceptable.
arthur G.The tag along we had ordered had faulty lights so we were upgraded to a larger unit at no extra cost. It worked fine and we were happy with that.

Thomas T.When we picked up the trailer the lights were not functioning due to corroded harness. The manager tried to help but had no supplies or parts. We ended up putting a new harness in just so we could tow legally

Joanne H.Book the reservation properly. I called in on Aug 10th because the closest location indicated it may not have the size truck I needed. I needed the 20' truck for the 22nd and when I arrived at the location for pick up it wasn't there and I was told they didn't receive the reservation. I then had to wait 30 minutes until you opened to call in and have it sorted out. I had to settle for a 10' and small enclosed trailer. I ended up needing to call friends with trucks to get moved out in time. It was stressful, inconvenient and ineffective.

DONALDM S.Your website is no user friendly. It says funds will be one currency and then it's another currency. It takes way to long to work through to rent something and then it messed up pick up locations and took another 45 minutes of my time. I was not impressed at all. Time is money.

NORM S.When we showed up to pick up the U Haul the gentleman behind the counter seemed to not be prepared at all, I was told on the phone that Visa Debit was acceptable payment and he said no then proceeded to try 6 more times before i finally just said put the deposit down so we can get going it was 35 minutes wasted.

shannon S.Make sure that the actual person is there to work with you. I had to be on the phone back and forth throughout the night giving personal pieces of information after i left all of my personal information days before when i originally booked the trailer. It took many calls to confirm that i actually got the trailer for the time i needed. I could not even understand the guy. When i picked up the trailer i signed for it at the front gas bar to a young girl. There was no one to meet me to see if everything was ok. What If i did not know how to hook it up? Good thing that i did. I am glad that uhaul was at least able to work with me to get the trailer but in that situation it was not a good experience overall. But my original call to order the trailer and drop off was excellent.
