Mr. Jones was outstanding. He was very kind, personable, and helpful. This location was very quiet. I am happy I picked it as my drop off. I loved that they had storage here as well. I left this location a 5 star yelp review. I was very impressed. I would like to add that it gave me the wrong address on Google maps so you should probably fix that and also make it more clear from the street that this is a Uhaul. It was very confusing. Thank you.

There wasn’t any room for improvement! The woman we worked with was very helpful and friendly. We were moving out of the city, and she actually came in early so we could get an earlier start on moving. Great service!

This was the absolute worst rental I have had. The reservation location was changed. The truck was not available. I had to go to three locations. Ended up with a truck that was oversized. I had movers on the clock and the reservation was for 9am. Store didn’t open until 10 Am The three sites the personally were helpful but UHaul was absolutely terrible. Tried customer service. NO ANSWER. waited on the phone 20 minutes Absolute screw up by UHaul.

Uhaul sent me to the wrong location for pick up. I had to drive a further distance which put me over on extra mileage. I don't think I should have to pay for 8 miles over because of the inconvenience that was caused by sending me to the wrong pick up point.

I used the online Express Pick up and entered my information, but it still took 15-20 minutes of working with agent to get the truck. I had called twice and left messages with this location about changing the pick up time and my calls were never returned,

Individual who was supposed to complete the forms took a call in the middle of the transaction and ignored me until she completed her phone conversation instead of asking the caller to hold. In her defense, I understand that Uhaul is secondary to their storage business. I also didn't appreciate Uhaul selecting a rental place location that was NOT the location I had selected online. Had I not called Uhaul customer service to complain, my rental would have incurred an additional $60 of mileage fees. This is the second time that Uhaul has done this to my reservations...rather dishonest way of increasing customers' bills.
