Person at drop off was friendly and so were his dogs. Again the Uhaul app Was slow due to lack of cell service at this location. Once again there is a human that can do this job in 30 seconds, why the app? Bring back human contact please.

Vehicle needed to be serviced. Traction control warning was continuous & off. Also cruise control did not work. The owner, Joe was excellent with his service & attention to detail. I’m highly recommend him!
