michelle pThis location was closed when I arrived to return the truck. I left the keys in an overnight box. The location was clean, it appears the people also live there in the house. I received my paperwork the next day in my email, so all is good.
ANNE BCheck engine light was on (called roadside assistance to report but they said it was ok) but other than that it was fantastic!

Nancy Nno issues on drop-off, although I just saw that they charged me $47 to 'top-off' the fuel from 1/8 of a tank to 1/4 of a tank, which is pretty ridiculous. It was below 1/4 of a tank when I got it, and it was below 1/4 when I returned it. Your estimation of the needle location (above 1/4 at the start and below 1/4 at the end) cost me $47.

Michael OI wouldn’t recommend U-Haul overall. Charging $240 to rent a moving truck for 24 hours should be illegal. Grats on permanently losing a customer (that up until this time has had ZERO issues with U-Haul), as well as anyone else I can possibly dissuade from using your services. Oh, and this was on TOP of the $360 “helpers” that were utterly incompetent, didn’t get all my stuff because they had no freaking clue how to pack a truck, and damaged essentially any and every piece of furniture they touched. Terrible. Plain and simple.

Laura Svehicle was almost empty (gasoline) and had a check engine light on the moment I started it. It ran fine, but this should have been noticed by someone and dealt with prior to handing it off to a customer.

RYAN AI was overcharged $100 and was told they can’t fix the problem, that uhaul had to fix it but the representative Jason Trask who oversaw the purchase will not reply to me. The mathematical error is plain to see on the Uhaul Equipment Contract #23272167 where I was shorted exactly a hundred dollars while they tried to do my overcharge refund.
Micah EThe Mobile pickup has incorrect GPS coordinates set for this location. Please either fix the location pin or widen the accepted range! I spent almost an hour on the phone because of what should've been a simple override. I will NEVER use mobile pickup at this location again and will tell anyone I know not to do so either!
Amanda JStaff would not help on site due to COVID-19. We could not use the app to pickup the truck we reserved and needed help. We were on the phone with UHaul for nearly an hour trying to resolve this.
Chad FIt was not the location itself that was the issue. We were told there was a shortage of trucks and were asked to change our pick-up location from Concord to Bow. We were then told the only way we would be able to pick up the truck first thing in the morning would be via the U-Haul app. When we arrived at 7:15AM the truck was at the location as expected, however the app continually told us that we were not in the right place according to the app’s GPS system. After 10 minutes of trying to work with the app and get a hold of someone through customer service, we decided to travel to where the app’s system plotted the Bow location. This was a random parking lot for an entirely different business 3 miles down the road. When we arrived, we were finally able to speak with a customer service rep who was difficult, rude, and unable to provide any assistance. This rep continually repeated that “her system” stated we were in the wrong place and the app and its coordinates did not belong to U-Haul. We were then placed on hold again to wait for the troubleshooting representative. This person was helpful and able to provide some direction. We performed half of the app’s required steps in this random parking lot, before driving back to the actual location with the truck to finish the process. It took a 36min call to customer service to get this ordeal sorted out. This is certainly not an issue that ANY person wants to encounter at 7:30AM on moving day. We were very frustrated and this caused our scheduled plans to be significantly delayed. Again, we had no issue with RightSpace Storage, but the U-Haul app that we were forced to use was not using this location appropriately for the services required.
Jacob LBe sure some one is available for taking a call to set up a pick up time and day, I had to rearrange my entire time line of getting things completed and barely got finished to pick up my special needs son!! People really do have needs and are willing to pay for what they need!!!
Lisa FI requested 3 dozen pads with the truck rental and called the location specifically to confirm the time the facility opened and that the 3 dozen pads would be available - not the UHaul dispatcher in Manchester, but the actual pick-up location in Bow - Right Space Storage. I was assured that there would be 3 doz pads available. when we picked up the truck they were not available. In fact there were only 21. I was charged for 23, but subsequently discovered there were only 21. When we used the pads we discovered one of the bags was open. And I had not noticed this on the bill. We had to use table cloths and such to wrap things. This is not really a big deal - but will just add that the agent that was there was not terribly friendly - it seems our pick-up and the pads were inconvenient. .

Stuart RCheck your week-end returns before you send the person who rented an e-mail on the following Monday that the rental has not been returned. That made me very nervous and upset.
SANDRA MI could not find the location via GPS due to the town changing all the numbers on the street. It would have been helpful to be made aware of that.
William GI would recommend staying with the uhal location not using one of the private places they use. It took us two places and a larger truck then what we signed for
Jill LCharged for a missing blanket - I never even counted them when I left the rental place - they just give you a couple of plastic bags with blankets folded up in them. While padding the few items I moved with the trailer I just took out blankets as needed. After dropping off trailer (clerk at the drop off just said to "unhitch it over there" - it was hot out after all), the next day I received an email charge of $6 for a missing blanket - If that's the case I was shorted a blanket from the start, I'm not a thief - I guess I can only say count the blankets before you leave.
Richard WWe got different info from the person who I made the reservation with than the rude guy the day it was used. The truck had less than a quarter tank and he said just bring it back with what it had which we did and then they charged the thirty dollar fee for less than a quarter tank. Terrible setvice. Never going there againband telling others to rent elsewhere.

Steven GUhaul gave me a "dirty" truck to begin with, and they have you sign the form before you see the truck. Their definition of "clean" and "dirty" is subjective, so you never know how Uhaul will punish you. I told customer service I did not have type the debris they found, but their reply was, "well, you signed the contract."
Robert RGet your shit straight. I do not appreciate reserving a truck at a location a minute away from where I live a month prior to my move, only to have corporate reach out to me less than 48 hours before my move to tell me I have to drive a half hour north, in the opposite direction I need to go, because they don't have a truck for me.
