I had the truck for 2 days and was charged for a third day. Not happy about that. Truck was picked up Friday at 4PM and dropped off on Sunday at 4PM. Should not be charged for a third day! Please adjust the bill

Help the gentlemen at Bow location with more equipment on his site. He sister not have what we needed and we had to go to a different uhaul to pick it up.
Taylor FThis was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul and I am extremely disappointed. When we arrived the trucks were parked so close to each other (front to back) that we couldn’t take the verification photos. We had to call and speak to multiple people to be able to skip the verification to get the keys in order to pull it out and take the photos. Once we got it out the latch was so difficult to open it took me and my wife over a half hour working on it just to get the rear open to make sure it was clean. The latch was so bad that when it was dropped off the employee working there couldn’t get it either and had to soak it with WD-40. This was an extremely terrible experience and I would not recommend renting from this location at all. This was part of the reason I reserved way in advance at the location that I have used before, I was disappointed to have my reservation changed the day before my move. All in all, not a good experience.
Nicholas SSpent almost 2hrs trying to get the truck the app didn’t work I was on the phone with rep from U-Haul for 45 minutes she was going to send me to a different location to pick up the truck luckily the attendant at Ty Bow location came in early to manually get my keys. I had to clear the snow and there was 4 inches of ice on the top of the truck.
