The person there didn’t know anything and it was not a drop off location. Horrible experience there
Alfonso MThe lock for the key box was very, very hard to open. Suggest replacing or lubricating lock. Additional outdoor lighting would be ideal...for customers returning trucks after dark Indicate to customer that key drop is front door of storage.

Humberto SI would not recommend using UHaul. We reserved a truck in advance and UHaul moved our pickup location to another city and never told us. We had to go to way out of our way to pick up our truck and as a result we were late to meet the movers we hired to load our truck so they canceled our move. The woman at this Buda location was wonderful. She called all around and found us some movers. The main UHaul office never did a thing to help us. Better call before you head to UHaul and verify they have your truck. Buyer beware!

I mentioned my necessary location 5 times, first agent rented me a truck that was local only, 2nd agent rented me the correct truck but did not include my necessary return location. Uhaul traffic said too bad, too sad, you signed off on it! I finally found where to return on my own, I paid the relocation fee but not happy with indifference. Oh well.
Irma WI originally reserved a 26' truck and the morning of my pickup, UHaul called me to inform me that it was not available and only a 20' would be available 50kms away. This is extremely frustrating as this is a one-way rental going from Ontario to Texas. I had booked time off along with my family that was helping me move. I called the scheduling manager repeatedly before the pickup date to ensure that a 26' truck would be available because I have had Uhaul cancel last minute on me in the past (trailer). They assured me that it would be available but unfortunately it was not and I had to leave a few things behind. There needs to be contingencies built into the one-way reservation model as I am certain this happens alot.
Peter YCould not meet a personnel and did not get any help on my money with respective to gas. Overall I had a very bad experience with uhaul for this move even though I have used uhaul lot of times before

Jacob Lgetting earlier the truck through mobile app is not user friendly, if I need to get the truck early morning how you can call 3 people to verify that early, thats ridiculous, no one will answer a call 6 am in the morning, you should change your system and make it user friendly, we had to call the customer service to get the key we waited 0ne hour to get the code for the key access. your customer rep. kept us on hold and disappeared , i have to drop the call and make a call again. horrible customer service and bad system and lengthy process to get a truck before office hours
mahmood aGlenda was a real asset as she was very helpful! However, the horrible experience I had trying to pickup the truck using the app was a nightmare! I was hungup/disconnected twice ! App was so bad that it would take me back to the beginning after submitting my information! Will never use the U-Haul app again! What a waste of time! I spent over an hour trying to get truck then Glenda showed up and help me get out of there!
ROB KIf we return the vehicle fueled exceeding the original fueled gauge. Shouldn't we compensated for the additional gas.
Alberto BI would recommend offering customers a credit if they return the vehicle earlier, or allow customers to select how many days they'd need the vehicle. I returned the vehicle 2 days early. I did not need the truck for 5 days to make a 21hour trip.

CHELSEA SGetting the car combination and getting “approved” was like pulling teeth. Car doesn’t shift well, which makes it consume too much gas.

Betsy BThe location was a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark when I returned the truck. Navigation took me on a round-a-bout path in a poorly lit area but I eventually found it. Suggest some signage on the access road turnoff to direct customers better.
DENISE ALocation was easy to access, staff was very friendly and the truck was like advertised. They didn't have the dolly I had ordered though.

Brian CNo issues with the location rep, He was very friendly and helpful. However the phone Check-in process was less than convenient, the cleanliness of the vehicle was less than expected and more importantly there was no internet service so I couldnt share my location which made the phone check in process unusable. I was also charged incorrectly for mileage even though I disputed the mileage and took a photo during the check in process. Another flaw of the check in process. Or was this a deliberate extra charge? Now I will have to spend time disputing the mileage charge. Very inconvenient for the Customer! Your check in process needs to be reviewed and improved. The best way to do this is to use the check in process yourself and try to find bugs in the process.

Amaris GThe agent kept us locked outside in the Texas heat, even though there was a sign saying to come in and wait behind the line. She was very condescending and we will NEVER go back there. She was shaking her head at me and rolling her eyes when I told her she was treating us as if we had the plague. Then she yelled at me about the pandemic (all other business in Texas are open to the public), yet she stood within 2 1/2 feet of me when she finally brought the truck to us (without sanitizing the seat or steering wheel after she touched it.
DOUG RAs always this place was the best! Glenda in the office is always very polite and professional. This is the only uhaul and storage place I will use!
Ayshia HMake vehicles more accessible in local areas, we had to pay for mileage and drive 10+ miles to pick up and drop off.
Nicholas BI was checking in with my phone and the sweet woman came out to say she would finish everything. It took a little longer than I would have like because she had a problem with the getting the reservation released. Could not have been nicer and felt really, really safe.

tamara sWindshield wipers were terrible. Great engine for going uphill to Utah. Would be nice to have cruise control for long trips. When driving, it’s loud so made talking hard to do. Overall got us here safely. That’s the most important thing. Thank you.

veronica sItems need to be ready for pick up. The uhaul has a cracked windshield. Mileage was wrong when I picked up the uhaul and I paid for miles that I didn’t use.

Jesse MThey were closed even though it was during open business hours. We left the truck and keys in the lock box and it literally took them 5 days to return it in the system. And all that time I was getting calls and emails about my unreturned rental. And every time I tried to call the storage place I could never get through!
linda uWas told additional day was $29.95 yet charged $89.95? There was a mis understanding I rented for 1 day but when told added day $29.95 I told them that was ok gives me more time. I didn’t “officially” say a second day but from the conversation that was what was indicated. I will still give that location 10 stars+

Brandi SIt's a good thing I did a Google search and noticed your location was closer. If I hadn't, I would have wasted valuable time and money. The staff at Right Space Storage in Buda made the process of renting a U-Haul vehicle a breeze. I'll pass the word around Buda that Right Space is the right choice
