The lock for the key box was very, very hard to open. Suggest replacing or lubricating lock. Additional outdoor lighting would be ideal...for customers returning trucks after dark Indicate to customer that key drop is front door of storage.
Blair AOnly noticed the Exterior was a little dirty. Overall great experience and friendly customer service. No problems.
Humberto SI would not recommend using UHaul. We reserved a truck in advance and UHaul moved our pickup location to another city and never told us. We had to go to way out of our way to pick up our truck and as a result we were late to meet the movers we hired to load our truck so they canceled our move. The woman at this Buda location was wonderful. She called all around and found us some movers. The main UHaul office never did a thing to help us. Better call before you head to UHaul and verify they have your truck. Buyer beware!
