I would not recommend using UHaul. We reserved a truck in advance and UHaul moved our pickup location to another city and never told us. We had to go to way out of our way to pick up our truck and as a result we were late to meet the movers we hired to load our truck so they canceled our move. The woman at this Buda location was wonderful. She called all around and found us some movers. The main UHaul office never did a thing to help us. Better call before you head to UHaul and verify they have your truck. Buyer beware!

I mentioned my necessary location 5 times, first agent rented me a truck that was local only, 2nd agent rented me the correct truck but did not include my necessary return location. Uhaul traffic said too bad, too sad, you signed off on it! I finally found where to return on my own, I paid the relocation fee but not happy with indifference. Oh well.
