I called in advance to return the equipment but no one answered my 5 calls, after several attempts to talk to someone I finally called 1800-gouhaul and I was finally able to return the equipment while no personel was on site

Wrong pieces of equipment and poor knowledge in how the pickup works. Had to wait 30min to get my keys
DAVID CIt was at a junk yard and very unprofessional. It was difficult to find no signs had to walk around to find the place then a security guard of the junk yard pointed to a red truck and said that was the Uhaul place
