The truck was full of leaves. The facility was horrible. Stray cats running everywhere. Dirty, car parts all over the place. A resident was staring at my husband while smoking. We were not given the blankets we purchased. No one was there to give us the truck. When given lockbox information, it was the wrong key. My husband ended up being late to movers 20 minutes at $150 per hour. The pickup was delayed by an hour.
David CI called in advance to return the equipment but no one answered my 5 calls, after several attempts to talk to someone I finally called 1800-gouhaul and I was finally able to return the equipment while no personel was on site
JUAN VWrong pieces of equipment and poor knowledge in how the pickup works. Had to wait 30min to get my keys
DAVID CIt was at a junk yard and very unprofessional. It was difficult to find no signs had to walk around to find the place then a security guard of the junk yard pointed to a red truck and said that was the Uhaul place
Jennifer HIt seems an abandoned junkyard and for a female I feel unsafe.
