It is the year 2021. This location needs to update their electrical on the trailers they don't have modern plugs on them so that way they can scam you into buying one inside. And the woman that work there are little hitlers

Took 30min extra in the cold to pickup using mobile app and no staff there to help at all even when returned. Truck did not accelerate very well at all.

The truck ran very poorly. We needed to make a third trip but did not dare. I tried to get a replacement on Sunday but the red Wing facility was closed and called U-haul and still have not been called back by the area manager. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I was renting truck for myself and had a friend with to help and the u-haul company not the location flagged her for having some issue in the past and flagged me and said they would not rent to me because of what she did. Then they gave me partial information about her problem she had with them, border line personal info. I got it all figured out with uhaul manager and had to put the charge on a credit card instead of paying cash to "guaranteed payment" I did not understand that part when I had cash in hand to pay.

My comments are not directed toward Ripleys rental, because they were helpful to us, but to UHaul. We physically went to our NEAREST UHaul, 3 weeks before and filled out the paper work for a truck and car transport for a specific date and pick up time. Not once did they say that we would have to travel 45 minutes east of our NEAREST UHaul rental place, to get the truck and another 30 minutes west of our NEAREST UHaul rental place, to get the transport! We got that information call 48 hours before our scheduled pickup date. Call us naive but we were quite surprised about the distances we were expected to drive to get what we requested, considering the Uhaul where we filled out our paper work, was 3 miles from us. We were not happy about the lack of communication and cooperation on Uhaul and the schedulers part. EVENTUALLY we were able to get the truck and transport at the same place but it still was a 45 minute drive- one way- to get what we requested to have , just 3 miles from us. To add to our frustration, when we drove past the NEAREST UHaul, on our 45 minute drive to the other UHaul, in their parking lot, sat the size truck and transport we requested!!! WTH!

I could not do the recheck and post checking. I felt it could have been simpler and you shouldn't have to download an app and the sign up with a password etc to rent a truck for maybe once in 10 years!

everything was great up to the return, the App would not recognize the location. We tried to call Uhaul was on hold for 45 min. We of course left but continued to remain on hold as we did not want to be charged an addl $20 for not completing the return on line. When answered they said to call the location in the am. In the end all was well, and we were not charged, but would have liked a smoother return as not to worry.

all i can say is uhaul has gone down hill ive used uhaul for the last 20 years i have moved alot from state to state i will have to say this will be my last . your prices are over the top and your service has went to shit you guys just let any shit hole have a uhaul dealership these mistakes are why i will never use uhaul again.

When dropping off the vehicle after hours, it was quite dark in the lot. Per the online return questionnaire it wanted photos of where the vehicle was left. Hard to take photos in the dark!

Absolutely terrible experience. Rented a uhal and the service center rented my truck to someone else even after I reserved it!!! I couldn't believe it. And I drive 2.5 hours to get there

Better marking of previous damage. Or be less restrictive as there were many superficial scratches that were not marked with a sticker. I'd hate to see people get dinged for something g they didnt do. The app also limited the number of pics you can take so you are out of luck if there is more damage than pics you can take.

The drop off on line return needs to improve the process. Location step on return was not working for my phone. Suggest to just take a photo of the location parking lot and complete the drop off key system

Customer Service Individuals seemed more interested in looking online for talent coming to the local casino. What they had on record for our reservation did not match what we had requested. They became very impatient with us. We asked for them to do a walk around on the truck and they didn't want to. They wanted us to believe U Haul doesn't check for damage. We did our own walk around and pointed out a dent in bottom air flow guard. Do your best to now work with this location!
