Drop off location ended up being fine, however, it required multiple calls to scheduling to arrange. First we were told the drop off would not change from requested location. Then we got a call saying we need to drop off 30 minutes away. When I called them, they said they were not expecting any drop off that day. Had to call scheduling again and they said we could drop off in original location after all. That staff also seemed surprised to be getting a drop off. BIG hassle for us on a very busy day of closing on our house and trying to unload in time.

Barbara K.The initial experience was by far worse than terrible. I gave more than two weeks reservation request and they refused to guarantee pick up at the preferred location! The customer service center personnel are less than helpful or pleasant! I'll probably never use Uhaul again because there always has to be an issue with equipment even though every time I go to a location there is more than enough equipment around! People are just too lazy to do their job!
