Bill WWhen the location I was supposed to get my trailer at no one was there n didn’t even have a trailer I called these guys and they was very helpful even tho ur site said they didn’t even have any but I belive I shudnt had to pay for the trailer since I had to waste valuable time and gas going out the way but this site was amazing n helpful

Joyce HMy initial pickup location was Rochester, Mn. I was sent to this location which was an hour away on the night before I was to pick up the rental. I had to incur extra gas charges for the truck and for the car that I used to go back and forth between the locations. That is totally unfair.

ROSEMARIE KThis was my second rental from Riley's. Both times have been a good experience. Friendly and helpful people. The truck was ready and in pretty good condition.
KEITH Wthe back cabin was not swept when we rented it. there were sunflower seeds in the back and some other dirt. doesnt particularly bother me, but i know it's meant to be cleaned once it's returned.

CURTIS CWe rented a cargo van. It drove and handled extremely well - I was surprised. It was also surprisingly smooth riding, especially with even the medium weight load that we had. And, I thought the fuel economy was amazing, averaging just over 23 mpg for the 100 miles that we put on it. On the minus side, the driver side seatbelt was bad, the driver side sun visor was missing as was the small knob required to operate the outside rearview mirrors from inside the truck. Back to the plus side is the staff. Everyone that worked with us was terrific.

Robbin RExperience was top notch and expectation regarding usage and drop off procedures were clearly communicated. I dropped off after hours and was provided a final receipt in a prompt manner with charges exactly as expected. Would happily rent again from this location or give referrals. I cannot say that for some other locations I have rented from. Thanks for a great experience!!

CODY MTwo things come to mind. 1) I was supposed to submit pics, but couldn’t get good ones due to how close the van was parked to other vehicles, and lighting for my later pickup. 2) i did not get the padding (ordered), nor the Dollies (not ordered) listed on my checkout.
Jennifer HMileage on the app was off by 30 miles. Rented vehicle out at 4268 miles. Retuned at 4277 miles . App stated starting mileage was 4298 miles. Gave me an error.

melinda fthey Set that the gas tank was full when I took it. It clearly was not. I only drove 17 miles. So I couldn't have used more than 2 gallons of gas. But yet it was coming up as a quarter of a tank when I bought it back. I have put over $25 worth of gas for 7 gallons. And they did not refund me for like twenty dollars that I overfillEd. I only use the truck for 4 hours but got charged for the whole day. And they didn't have the smaller truck that I wanted. So I had to pay for the larger truck that I didn't need
Karen AThe entire crew at Ripley’s Rental was fantastic. From the pick up of the truck to the return, they were professional, pleasant and helpful. When our moving didn’t go as well as we hoped and I needed to extend or delay my return of the truck, they worked out a solution with calm kindness and understanding. I will definitely be back to rent from Ripley’s should the need arise again!
Keith WI’m not sure why but the truck was messy on the inside and the windshield was so full of bugs. I had to first drive it home and clean it before I could use it.
