Mark F$75 for a small van to go less than 30 miles. Yall should be called Uexpensive! Then, all the Hoops I had to go through in the Rental process, excessive. Upon completing all that I turn the engine on to see the low tire light on. I go back in to tell the guy and he says he can air it up for me after he helps five customers that are waiting. Well my process alone took a long time I had to get going so I told him I'll handle that. Then he tells me that there is a bad air pressure sensor in one of the tires. He couldn't have told me while we're doing the paperwork? He knew about it obviously but he said nothing to me during the paperwork process. I was in the retail Tire industry for 24 years so I knew how to handle that low tire light situation. But someone who wasn't in that industry? They certainly would have been panicked or uncomfortable driving the vehicle with that light on. I did plan ahead for this moving situation but next time I shall plan further ahead and look at other rental companies definitely. So in the end U-Haul is expensive. The detailed process that you expect from the customer is somewhat outrageous compared to the detail that the person at the counter should have given me concerning the low tire light. I will definitely recommend anyone that is moving to shop around first because shopping around for the best deal is the way of the world now.

Stricklin MService was great but as always when ever I rent anything there are always hidden fees. Safe move fees… environmental fees…it’s always something everytime you go to rent something. So much for the 19.99 as advertised. They did tell me about the mileage cost (which is more expensive on the weekends) but I calculated right about 50 bucks but it was more like 70. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised

Edgar LThe person working there was fine. The issue was that they closed at 4 and I couldn’t drop the truck off after hours. This meant I had to drive it home and back, adding 15 miles to the total AND be late for work in the morning. If I had known this, I would have rented from a different location.

Mellany DHorrible! Made me wait for 45 minutes he was so slow , even the people in front of me said never had such bad service! All threats about don’t lose paperwork or the police will arrest me or can’t drop it off when he’s not there or uhaul will charge me 45,000 dollars! I’ve rented 30 uhaul a mile away with never a problem and they’re left outside all the time and no problems ! This guy was just nuts ! He was threatening the customers in front of me also to where it was almost comical, guy definitely has mental issues, will never go back ! Also gas was not accurate, I will be calling uhaul for a refund!!!

David AWhen I got the truck it wasn’t full, the gauge was off but I was told it’s fine. . I drove 35 miles. That should have been 1-2 gallons of gas to get back to full. had to put in almost 8 gallons. Total scam… do better ! I’ll never use U-Haul again!

William SI was able to book online for remote pickup at 9am only to show up at the date and time and find that the location had inconsistent messages regarding office hours. The reservation was confirmed for 9am but while using google for directions it stated the facility did not open until 10:00. Figured this was OK since I was confirmed for a remote pickup in which I would only need to have a cell phone and I could check out the truck without having to wait for them to open. When I arrived at 9:00, the OPEN light was flashing even though it was not yet 10:00, there were signs on the door that said hours were 9-4 but other signs that said 10-3, but again the open sign was lit. I could not access remote access and when I checked the door it was locked. There was someone that let us in and told us that remote pick up was not done at this location - again it was confirmed in an email but oh well. He also said they don’t open until 10 and I told him the sign says 9 and the open sign is lit. He ignored those comments. Got the truck but will never use this location again.
