I have rented from this location many times. It is always a good experience, and I will be back the next time the need arises.

The computer is painfully slow and nothing works so the customer has to do a lot of work which also includes employees using personal phones to collect PII, drivers license, credit card, etc. Printer doesn't work. It's all quite odd for a U haul.

No one told me you had different location where your trucks are picked up or left off. My suggestion is make sure your employees ask people where they want. Their truck picked up and dropped off. Because this cost us a lot of extra time the location I went to on 15th St., Panama City, FL was where I thought I would be picking up a truck instead we had to drive 14 extra miles.. then return it to the same place which took another 14 extra miles. I think it’s outrageous that your employees would do something like that on purpose so you can make more money and I would never recommend U-Haul for anything.

We are and have been extremely satisfied with renting from Uhaul weather it's a trailer or a truck. The only thing I think that would be great would be to do a incentive for continuous repeat customers. Some sort of perks. Thanks again Uhaul

Trailer leaked. Ruined some of our stuff. Called for refund. No one returned my call. Worst experience with uhaul ever.

Trailer had no lift wheel, too heavy to lift to hook up. Staff needed training how to connect chains I think fewer places needed on the beach with more trained staff would improve the experience

The truck was dirty on the inside where I sat. The customer service was awful!! She had an attitude and even argued back and forth with me about how she didn’t have an attitude which proved my point.

Made a reservation for 9am stood around for an hour and 20 minutes while they waited for their system to work. Cost me over 100.00 in movers time while the system wasn’t working. They were nice enough to discount the rental by a whole 27.00. On to of all that, the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. Will never rent from there again.

The truck stunk so bad of cigarettes and I was overcharged on insurance paid way more for this truck than I have before any other location and even put more fuel in it than what it had when I took it. I’m gonna be looking at another location today for another truck.. The machine was slow and the person helping me kept going to the counter to help other people because it’s in a gas station and the amount talked about was not what I ended up paying.

Pick up location was fine, easy to locate , staff helpful, drop off location different, locked gate only able to drop off at certain times could run into extra day if not careful.

Have more customer agents on hand to help with transactions. This location was at a gas station and selling gas and things inside the store. I had to move another trailer to gain access Totherow trailer issued, then I had to lift the trailer to attach to my hitch.

Location is a gas station with one person working. You have to drop the trailer yourself but that is not a big deal for me.

The transmission in the truck would barely shift. Enough to where I would have to manually shift it with the shifter. Also there was blood all down the side of the driver seat & inside armrest. When I told the attendant when I returned the truck he said absolutely nothing about it. No apologies or offers of any way to make anything right.

The inside of the trailer was dirty and had trash inside of it. The guy didn't check it and just told me to pull up so he could check the lights and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this location.

This location did not hook up my trailer. My husband did it but I prefer Uhaul do it. Leslie the lady who helped us was very nice & efficient so we would go there again. It’s a convenient address .

This place is a dump. Hypodermic needles in the parking lot. The staff is rude. There's a handful of other places I'd go to next time, over the his place and over U-Haul.

I needed to keep the U-Haul another day and the clerk at the store refused. Checked in the truck and rented me the same truck for significantly more money. Never ever again will I use U-Haul. Budget, enterprise, whomever is available I will go to first over U-Haul. The crappy customer experience and excessive charge lost a customer for good.

Have used this dealer location many times. Very nice people and they always try to get you on your way quickly.

The location is shared with a gas station. I was returning a large truck and tow dolly. There is no designated place to park such a large truck with dolly and I had to circle out of the gas station and back into the location in order to park the truck. It was quite difficult.

The trailer was dirty. Someone appeared to have been living in it. . Cigarettes, cardboard boxes with vomit on them, beer cans, a lighter, can of spam and other food waste. No help connecting or disconnecting the trailer.
