I was scheduled to leave at a different location. I was upset that I could not leave the vehicle where I was scheduled too. I became very anxious not knowing what to do; I could not reach a representative at corporate. Luckily the gal at Rizzy was accommodating and calmed my nerves. Overall experience was good. THIS TRUCK DOES NEED NEW RUBBER BEFORE IT IS RENTED AGAIN!. It got stuck more than once in just a couple inches of snow and ice. Had I hit icy roads on the trip home (Florida to Michigan) I would have had serious problems (fortunately, this was not the case). Also, it pulls pretty significantly to the right please check when you replace the tires. Otherwise, all was well.RICHARD JASON O.

Not the best. When I arrived, on time per my appointment, there was no one there to help me attach the trailer. I also had to get my wrench, which I just happen to have, so I could disable the chains and make them smaller so they would not drag on the highway. I am a senior citizen with arthritis in my hands, so it was not a pleasant experience. I had a hard time picking up the trailer and placing it on the ball of my truck. Plus, it took several "try's" of plugging in the lights and checking if they worked. The young lady who was the only one running the entire convivence store plus deal with me was not familiar with how to get me "signed up". She had to call the owner and did the best she could and at the same time run the store and ring up customers.(she handled it well). The owner on the phone wanted to send me to Panama City which would have been an additional trip and time. Besides, did I mention it had been raining off and on hard, and everything was wet and dirty. It took a while before I could leave due to what I had to do which I have never had to do with other rental U-Haul places, and you can see I have used you several times. My wife and I will be moving at the end of the year but doubt I will use one of your trucks. Don CurrierDONALD C.

Was part of a Shell gas station and there was only one attendant to handle the gas station, mini store and UHaul rentals and drop offs.GARY Z.
We had an appointment and arrived on time but the representative was not there to help us. She showed up a half hour later and was extremely irritated that the clerk at the store tried to call her. She didn't even apologize for being late. She had us hook up the trailer and drive it back through the very busy gas station parking lot so she could check to see if it was hooked up correctly. Apparently it was too far for her to walk out to where we hooked up.Carol A.

The dolly rental at Rizzy Store 1 LLC was perfect. We had to drive there 10 miles to get an appliance dolly, which was not in the truck rental reservation I made online for the store at 3305 3rd Ave, Panama City which did not have the appliance rental onsite, even though we waited 2 hours for them to open. Then we had a real trouble with the truck rental site opening the key lockbox and even understanding the Indian owners. The delay added another 2 hours to my rental.FRANK P.

We were told by U-Haul that we had to return the truck at a particular location. Upon arrival the representative said she didn't have room for the truck, which was clearly true. Crowded gas station that also serves as bus station. U-Haul trucks everywhere. Not her fault and she was nice but not a pleasant experience for anyone.Richard H.

Picking up a truck that only has 1/4 tank is BS. When a vehicle is returned with less fuel than a full tank, you over charge them for the fuel. But you don't fill it up, you pocket the money and pass it on to the next customer. I picked this up at a gas station with 1/4 tank. WTH.. Now I return the truck with over 1/2 tank, but I don't get credited the difference, especially not at the rate you charge. You get a free 1/4 tank extra and when the next customer rents and returns with less, you get to overcharge them.. I will from now on demand a full tank.Richard S.

My pick up time was 8. Then my truck switched locations. The store didn't open till 10:30 even though it was supposed to be open at 8. I had to pay my movers extra because of the time delay. No one was assisting me with the hook up. The light cable extension was missing from the trailer and I had to pirate it from an adjacent trailer. Tire pressure was not equal and I had to adjust it myself. Overall the equipment was not maintained. This is what I have come to expect from UHAUL.William D.

I dropped off the truck and furniture blankets to this location. The salesman first stated I was not allowed to drop at that location. After he accepted the truck he demanded I bring in to the store the blankets which I complied. He stated they were not folded properly. I left with a receipt stating all items were delivered. 15 minutes later I received an email with charges of over $220 for failure to turn in blankets. This is completely fraudulent. I called Uhaul and the representative called this location and he told her he threw them out and will press the charges. I need a call from uhaul corporation and I'm filing a fraud charge.Kyle J.
Closest return UHaul location, Shalimar by the Sea was the closest location to return my UHaul trailer. They would not take the return, and told me to go to another drop point about 5-7 miles away. This was not expected.Dean G.

My only negative comment is trying to return my rental, I was sent to a closed location and when trying to find an open location, I was connected to several phone #'s which could not help me until the last one, which caused me to drive quite a lot to finally return my rental!Harry S.
