When I made the reservation, I had no idea that it was a self pick up /return situation. I’ve always rented in person at a location where I talked to people face to face. It took me 30 minutes to realize no one was here & that I had to get a key from a box. The box itself was hard to get into because the latch to open the padlock didn’t work. I finally got it to open. I didn’t see anything on line that indicated this would be a self serve situation. Basically what I’m saying is I will never use this location again. I will go to an actual uhaul facility with people. Thank you
