They never let me know that they would be closed the day I went to pick up even though the reservation was confirmed forcing me to drive to another location more than 1/2 hour away and delaying my moving plans which were on a huge time crunch that was made only worse with this happening. It could have been fixed days in advance with a simple communication so I could work with another location instead.
