Site was more that I wanted to drive to get a trailer. also the hours listed were not correct and I had to wait over an hour for the person responsible for u-haul to show up. disappointed that I learned that there were no trailers in my usual places , tupper lake or lake placid till the night before I needed the trailer which made changing impossible That said once the responsible person showed up getting the trailer was quite quickly done.

LUCAS RThe drop off location was at a quaint general store (Hometown General Store in Star Lake, NY), staffed with friendly personnel and the proprietor was a lovely lady named Tina. Check in was quick and easy -- what more could we ask for? It made the entire experience of renting from UHaul a pleasure, and we would highly recommend anyone needing to rent a truck to check out UHaul. We rented the 15' -- it was a fairly new truck so there were no concerns for breakdown. It was handy to have a pull-out ramp, and we appreciated the 3 day turnaround time to arrive at our destination, unloading, and returning within the time frame allotted. If we had to include any suggestions it would be for the radio to have USB capacity. Overall, very happy it was a good experience from start to finish!
