There was a problem with our reservation. The appointment center called on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, to change the pickup location the next day. I asked will they be open and was told yes. On Friday at 0800 we went to pickup our reservation the store was closed with a sign stating they would reopen on Saturday. The First Lady on the uhaul # was very friendly trying to help out but the manager, Brittany, was horribly rude! She changed her story twice and her solution was to offer $100 to drive 1 hour one way to pickup a truck in another town or wait until the next day without a rebate. It would have cost more than $100 out of our pocket round trip and still a loss of more than half the day to pickup in the other town. So, pretty much no matter which way we were out. Brittany also stated that, Tony, the district manager would be in contact within 24-48 hours. It has been 7 days with no word from him and when I call no one knows how to reach him! Very poor customer service!!! I will make sure that all my friends and family know that U-haul DID NOT right their wrong! As everyone knows word goes a long way. The owner at the Havasu store was professional and kind and made sure we had what we needed on Saturday when the store reopened, apologizing for our experience. Thank you.

The gas gauge did not function right would not move off of half tank, so I put in fuel until it clicked off at the pump. So you got $20.00 in extra fuel bad get your crap fixed or don’t rent it out, I guarantee that they didn’t fix the problem just pass it on to the next customer. I don’t think I’ll rent from uhaul anymore

The gentleman that helped at the counter was very rude and simply not helpful in a very bad mood and made the whole process of Checking in made me very uncomfortable. The gentleman that hooked up the trailer was very very nice

The thirty dollar surcharge to put a few gallons of fuel in the truck is ridiculous. This was not this dealers fault, but he did get an earful for it.

The only thing that would improve the drop off process is if they had more room to put the trucks while dropping off. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Tuesday morning and they are closed?? I tried calling and no answer. Finally decided to use the self return, just hope it went well.

We dropped off our rental on Sunday two days early, so the shop was closed. We dropped it off clean with more gas than we were required! The next day Monday we received a confirmation of the end of contract PLUS A $20. charge for the drop off fee! Why the drop off fee???
