PAUL SWe originally had a pick-up reservation in Topock, AZ. Set up through Apache Junction, AZ. Drove 4 hours to pick dolley up. And they don't even carry dollies there. Had to drive another 30 minutes to Lake Havasu City to 1 up. I'm still waiting to hear from Apache Junction traffic dept. for some type of refund. We will never use U-Haul again. We are very disappointed with U-Haul. Never had such a messed up ordeal like.
