No improvement needed .. the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very nice to see an option to rent locally (the previous U-Haul dealer had a fire at their business location).

Again more training needed. The staff had no idea how to give a return receipt and defaulted to "uhaul will email you one". Not a reassuring response for people who generally esque computers.
