U-Haul counter needs a sign.
Ken AThe system was not working right. Site was down couldn’t do the computer work so we were trying to pay for over 30 min. The two guys were very good to work with us. It didn’t seem anything to do with location system it was right from U-Haul site. Left us late for pick up of the bed so location for pick up was delayed and caused everything on delay for the rest of the times we had to meet. U haul should have given discount. Please follow up with this. Thanks

Susan MU-haul would spill out gas when trying to fill despite the gas gauge saying it was low indicating it was full. Got charged for the fuel being low even though the gas gauge is clearly broken. Had no other uhauls to swap with.

Peter TAgain more training needed. The staff had no idea how to give a return receipt and defaulted to "uhaul will email you one". Not a reassuring response for people who generally esque computers.
