I had difficulty checking in because the location was closed for Good Friday. The instructions for using the e-checkin were not clear and they did not indicate that I was to be using the app instead of checkin using the UHaul website. I was not able to checkin from the website. I finally figured out, after about an hour, that I needed to get the app (not a good experience). Once I got the app the checkin was smooth. Checkout was smooth. Would help if the instructions clearly indicate that it is necessary to use the UHaul app.stephanie M.

Check to make sure customers trailer lights work before the paper work is done, My lights didn't work and we had to redo all the paper work again. It was not their fault, But most customers do not have a trailer to test them first,Scott A.
i reserved my truck on 7/9 2020, first your company was down cause of a international computer problem you charged my credit card 3 times once at 9:15 am for 75.82 then again at 9:26 am for 90.94 but to make me pissed you charged me again at 4:04 pm for 130.19. please put my first to chargers back into my accountDerrick M.

I have rent the truck less then 24 hours but they charged me for 2 days instead 24 hours. I have replayed to their email and asked them why, no body even respond my email. Poor customer service.Dylan S.
This has nothing to do with the pick-up location. Whoever delivered the truck FAILED to include a two-wheel dolly which delayed my day by over an hour. I picked the truck up at 7 am to have the full day to move my mother after the death of her second-husband. By the time i was able to open the back door (frozen shut with ice, I found no dolly and had to find a different solution. I called UHaul and was told I would be given my $7 for the dolly as a credit. I did not get the credit. Furthermore, even after explaining all the facts, UHaul basically ignored my request for more than the $7 dolly rental fee as a credit due to the inability of whoever delivered the truck to follow directions which resulted in my day to be delayed and me to spend time and money to resolve my issue. It's unfortunate that captive customers (a lack of choice) have no way to push back when situations like this occur.Kenneth S.

The paper work was messed up and they took an hour to figure it out. then the price I was quoted was not the same and then there was 2 different invoices.. Then on the way down, the truck was pulling to the left. Noticed the drivers tire was wearing fast. ad some tread when I left, by the time I got to Florida, it was bald on the inside. Was scared to death. I called uhaul, they said they do not do anything unless it was flatt. I was so afraid towing my van that it was going to blow out ..Greg K.

It wasn't Robert and Bev's fault that there was tape like used to close boxes on the windshield area where an inspection sticker would go, nor the scratches along the passenger side from front to back. Also not their fault the truck couldn't get above 60mph unless going down a hill. The truck was from Arizona, maybe inspection stickers don't exist there, idk.Jamie D.
