Very easy and great service

John MThe location that I reserved the trailer was in Greensburg, Pa. on a Tuesday. I received a text on Thursday that I had to go to Indiana, Pa. to get the trailer. It was a 52 miles one way difference. Two hours round trip. I was very disappointed. I found it hard to believe that they could do that after I made the appointment five days before the planned pickup. I was told on Tuesday to be there at 10:00 am. The man at the Indiana facility was very professional. He was very helpful, polite and explained the trailer and the safety features. I thanked him for all his help.
