THANK YOU ROBERT'S AUTO SERVICE !!! .... Above and beyond ! There is nothing that could be done any better by anyone, anywhere. Every step of the way, my move ran into problems and obstacles that seemed to cascade into failure. With each situation, somehow UHaul was able to create a solution that cleared the way. Every single person from the beginning call to the last minute change of drop off location at , were superstars to me. We have various physical disabilities and this trip was a traumatic experience for us. The entire... and I mean "entire", team of UHaul members that I met or spoke with made this arduous journey have a safe conclusion. I hopefully will not be moving again, and definitely not so far, but I will never forget how your staff, company and even the equipment had my back 100% of the way. I take "no" credit for the 1000 miles of driving this took. I apologize for bringing religious beliefs into this, but I have no doubt that God did the driving for me the whole way. I also believe he guided me on who to call. As always .... he was correct. My heartfelt " THANK YOU" , to each one of you that helped us. You will never know how much of a difference you made in our lives. I am recommending UHAUL for any situation they can be used for.

John SI had a reservation at J J on Rucker Blvd in Enterprise Al. When I got there at 1 pm to pick up truck he told me it had to be back before 8 am the next day, we need it for 24 hours and he was told that . He informed me I could not get the truck. I spent the next 30 mins trying to find one he never offered to help. Since we had to go to another location to pick up a trailer I called there she had nothing, but she did help us by calling Mr Jones at Roberts automotive and he save us big time. So as far as improving Mr Jones. For the next customer you can’t . He’s very friendly, respectful and helpful his equipment was very very clean. I will tell everyone I know and don’t know to go there! Thanks
THERESA HI was involved in an accident during my move. I had rented a moving van, a trailer to haul an SUV that was not legal to drive at that time, I rented a small in closed trailer to pull behind my pickup truck to ensure that I moved everything. I stopped to refuel the vehicles about three hours into the trip and was cut off by another vehicle causing me to make a hard left turn and apply the brakes. I was being followed by my girlfriend who was unable to stop and ran into and under the car being towed by me. It resulted in a delay and a tow truck to move my pickup which was totaled. I had to drive to the towers place of business to load some of the contents into the moving van. I made about a ten mile round trip. It took about 10 days to get the SUV that I was towing street legal and then I could drive back and pick the trailer up that had to be left with the tow truck owner. I had insured all three of the uhaul property. The owner of the uhaul facility where I was to return the equipment to was told what I have explained here. I was charged for going over the expected milelage, several days for being late returning the equipment and though I returned the van with more gas than was in it, he charged me for fuel. I had to pay some moving company's worker to help unload my belongings as I am disabled and could not load nor unload myself. The workers left two pieces of packing tape in the van which I was unaware of, so I had pay seventy dollars for truck cleaning. I had an accident report and other contacts that were aware of every thing that had happened. The owner did not look at anything and implied that I was lying to him. In the month of August my girlfriend and I will be moving some of her belongings from storage that's about twenty miles away and there are several Uhaul facilities in our area but further away we will drive to one of theyn and avoid doing business with this man.

James FI arrived to pickup an auto transport trailer and I had a few hitch configurations with me to choose from. Robert took the time to put the correct ball on the hitch with the best offset. He did not have to do that for me. I appreciate the degree of detail he went into to make sure I was ready to go down the road and start the trip. Thank you!

PRINCESS JI would strongly suggest some way at drop off locations to refuel the trucks at drop off as the customer would be much more convient to fuel at the location and avoid over filling as i have always done and underfuel charges!!!

John BI can't think of any. Robert provided me with a truck in less than 24 hours, on time, as required. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained things to me in easy to understand language and covered my needs completely.

John LI was very annoyed that I reserved and confirmed my pick-up at the location of my choosing, then found out the day prior that I had to go somewhere else for the truck. This is the second time in a row this has happened and neither of my rentals were last minute, so there should have been plenty of time to get my required equipment to the location where I needed it. If my requested location does not have or is not scheduled to receive the truck I need by my pick-up date, then don’t let me make a reservation at that location. I chose that location specifically because it was convenient to the locations I needed to go, and because that location indicated it had the truck I needed. If, for whatever reason, I need to pick up from another location, at least comp me for the mileage. Additionally, the new pick-up location did not even have weekend hours of operation - for a confirmed Saturday morning pick up! However, Roberts Auto Service (the alternate location) did allow me to pick up the truck Friday night.

He demonstrated time after time that he truly cares about the customer. He provides sound advice on equipment selection and usage, and makes available requested equipment necessary for the load and unload of the items to be transported. Thank you!!
