I arrived at 7:57am, just as they were unlocking the doors at Robinson's Hardware on New Scotland. A helpful young man told me to meet him out back and he'd take care of me. By 8:05 I was on my way. When I returned later in the afternoon, the same young man trusted me when I told him the mileage on the truck (which, as it turned out was only one mile off from my estimate of 25 miles driven). He took the keys, told me I was all set, and I was on my way. The whole process could not have been any easier. Thank you U-Haul and thank you to helpful guy at Robinson's. My entire move went very smoothly from start to finish.

Andrew KI’ve dealt with Albany U-Haul, many times the staff there are barely human, and very unprofessional and unfriendly and unhelpful. This is my first time in renting from a different U-Haul the staff there, a friendly, courteous, helpful, and an absolute delight to deal with my equipment was there and ready on time I was clean, and the entire process was smooth.

Lidia MWe selected the 24/7 pickup option and a truck was not ready. Uhaul blamed the pickup spot and the pickup spot blamed uhaul. Showed up at 6 am for my truck and couldn’t get it until 930

michael sI brought the truck back at 1:50 pm. They had an issue with computer system. Did not need the truck the third day but was charged for three days. Please refund the third day please. Two day rental. Other than that - perfect.
TIM DEasy pick up. Easy drop off. When I handed the keys in to the employee, their system was down or slow. He didn’t process until I left. Unsure if it was a uhaul system database access that the business couldn’t access quickly. Either way, it would be nice to have that up and running more efficiently. This location is a great place though for uhaul.

THERESA CThe brakes were not in good working condition. I almost couldn’t come to a stop at several traffic lights with extreme pressure applied to the brakes. There was no back up camera, which would have been helpful with a 15’ truck. The staff was fine.

Maria YInterior was not clean. Previous contractors had used this van for large amounts of concrete and related materials and tools. Rear tires were nearing end of useful life. I topped off fluids( espy washer fluid) and checked tire pressures (they were close to perfect). I washed all windows and lights/dashboard/ doors inside and out.

Wook-jin HAll good - staff was quick and process ed application quickly. I went down to Broadway Albany to pick up boxes and one staff member was working with a line of four deep. I left all boxes there and bought them up in Clifton Park. Thanks
