The interior cab still had garbage in it from the prior user. The glass cleaner used caused vision issues with the late day sun. The equipment I requested was unavailable however I do understand it was not this locations fault as they we kind enough to take my reservation after my original reservation didn’t have the correct vehicle I reserved
Diana DThe parking lot is unpaved. The U-Haul customer service professional gave me most of my four dozen pads unbagged, telling us the truck was outside, just to the right. It was outside, and a several minute walk partly uphill in the unpaved lot ... but to the right. I brought it closer to the building to put in our dolly, hand cart, and blankets. You know how wheeled carts love gravel! The truck had not been thoroughly cleaned, and I discovered debris in the back and several empty bottles and a piece of trash in the cab. Of course I only saw those after using the telephone-based check-in service. You would think that with more than a weeks notice, the truck could be ready on time with all requested items loaded into it, the way the check-in app asks you if they were. You know how we all love wasting time doing a job others are paid for while we're trying to finish packing up a house! Did I mention they never called a day before our pick-up to verify, as they were supposed to?
Nikola TThe staff at the location were very friendly and the check-in and check-out experience was great. The vehicle was well maintained and was relatively new with low miles. Would recommend!
Reza FTrucks are almost off site, average drivers may struggle to exit the lot onto the street. Bushes are abeam the closest exit to the trucks, restricting visibility of 50MPH traffic. Appears to be a location for impulse use of a U-haul, or only a location for business benefits. Staff are not deserving of criticism, the location is subpar.
