Experience was horrible. Put reservation in well over a month early. Didn't have truck at location i requested and I had to drive to a different place well out of my way. Charged for 2 dolly's but they only had 1 available. Truck steering was off and passenger door wouldn't shut all the way. I will never use uhaul again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Very unhappy!

manuel mCustomer service was good, but the cargo of the 15ft truck was very dirty inside. It also smelled horrible in the cab. I tried to upload a photo during check-in, but the website started giving me issues so I gave up.
Jessica GMake sure that the pickup location is where the customer requested it be when she made the reservation a month prior to pick up.
