He went above and beyond to get me in a truck when the wait was long due to computer issues out of his control! Such a nice man.
LADONNA BFelt I was extremely over charged . They charged me the 39.95 ,which is the biggest truck price but gave me the smallest truck. Claimed from Friday to Monday it's $198,but he says let me save you 29.95 brings you to the 160's. You drove less than 10 miles, filled the tank back to half and then after returning it they charged an additional $10.95 to my card . Felt like I got took advantage of.
SOMER MI called Tim for my Uhaul rental at Robinson Resale and from the start he was extremely helpful. I explained my needs since I was traveling from state to state and he provided me with very helpful information. When I picked up the truck he thouroughly explained how the truck worked. He even adjusted the seats and mirrors for my safety and comfort. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend his business to everyone. He was friendly and polite. Overall great customer service. The truck was almost brand new, comfortable, and simple to manipulate. I felt protected and had a safe trip. Thank you very much Tim at Robinson Resale for providing me not only a positive experience with my rental but a safe truck for my trip. Definitely five stars and above for Tim’s helpfulness!

Charley CAbsolutely the worst experience of my life. The online quote stated $177 and by the end of the day, some how, I had spent close to $300, with gas and "safe ride" bull shit, whatever that is. So now im negative in my bank, and i guess thats my fault. Another greedy corporation trying to make it impossible to do anything in life. I will be sure to never ever use this SCAM OF A COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!

Susan JThe trailer I rented was a new one with the new Quick Connect hitch connector, and it's crap. I'll never use one again. I did not feel comfortable with the trailer connection, and the trailer banged and shuddered along the entire trip. I've pulled other trailers with a normal hitch connector and they pull fine, but the Quick Connect connector won't grip the 2 inch ball tightly enough for a secure hitching. Go back to the old style, a secure connection is far more important than a quick connection. Aside from that the experience was fine, and I'll use the same shop again.

chuck lWe returned the car dolly and received phone calls asking where it was. I don’t understand why they could not track when it was rented out. However U-Haul finally found it.
Joseph MOne tire on drivers side front tire was low but didn’t show up until it was loaded had 22 pounds in it and it needed 65. Aired it up drove 3 hours checked it again was down again had to sit it up four times before I got to my destination
JOHN MI had to use 12 inch channel locks to the rachets to work. The rachets need replaced on the dolly I used. Other than that it pulled really good.

WENDY DAll I used A affordable for was to return a trailer that was a $40 rental and they charged me $205, I never rented there, only returned!!!
