Staff was very helpful and assisted me with my pick up of the truck even though uhaul messed up and marked me for a self pick up/ check in. This wasn't the location I had made my booking for, but the staff was very nice.

We were offered an additional day to pick up at this location but if we could do it again, we'd just pick up at our original intended UHAUL location in Gresham off of Hogan road. They also did not have all of the supplies we requested (they did not have one of the dolly's we wanted). We also did not realize that we were limited to a specified amount of miles until pick up. The allowed amount of miles was not even enough to stop at a gas station to fill tank before dropping off. The extra day wasn't all that helpful without additional miles so that we could at least make two trips. We ended up eating the cost for making an additional trip to pick up more boxes/furniture. Overall, this experience was 'meh' at best. Will be considering other truck rental companies for future needs. Will also share this experience with others so that they can be prepared and/or consider other rental companies.
Christina USet a scale for how much money it cost to fill up gas tank. I spent more than I should have and they did not refund me or credit me for it.
Alexander RMaybe warn people that the self checkout takes about 15-20 mins to do if you’re a first timer. So they can plan accordingly for the pickup time.

SEAN GThe lot was very accessible. There was no difficulty in dropping off trailer. Spaces were clearly marked. There is also a inexpensive gas station down the road which is super convenient. I did call Rob’s auto repair during my drop off. And the employee there a helpful young woman, helped me change my drop off of the truck in town. For some reason uhaul wanted me to drop everything off all across town. As if picking up equipment across town wasn’t difficult enough. But the staff at Rob’s Auto repair called dispatch and solved that for me. They also have an after hours drop off, which was for me super convenient because it took me all day to unload, but because I got the equipment there same day and used after hour drop off I wasn’t charged an extra day!! Thanks Rob’s!!

David TI cannot think of anything that needs improvement. Robs Auto Repair LLC is consistently, the best U-Haul rental location I’ve dealt with when renting a trailer. The trailers are always ready to use when reserved. I have rented a U-Haul trailer from Stone Depot before with poor results (trailer not ready with flat tires). Duane WIt was a weird set up with standing outside and talking to the Uhaul representative through a small hole in a metal screen. It was raining and there was no overhead cover, so you got a little wet filling out forms and whatnot. The employees were friendly and professional, though.

I put the key back in the appropriate lockbox upon return to pickup site but then was asked to take and upload photos of the odometer reading and gas tank. By that time those two things were no longer viewable on the instrument panel. People should be made aware of this error in the order of steps for checking trucks in
Guana SThe equipment was not at the rental location. I found this out 2 hours before my moving guys that I paid for were to arrive. I ended up finding a small truck available close to my location and took that one. I was only able to move part of the contents of my house. My sister had to keep the truck longer and load ourselves and make another trip to storage unit. We didn't finish until 10pm. I will not use uHaul again. Why make a reservation in advance if you don't have a truck guarantee.

steel hWebsite said they opened at 8:30. I arrived at 8:45. Several people ignored me as they entered a chain gate with interaction. Finally asked a second person to get help. Finally told I could come into the office only to be told that she wasn’t open yet, give me your key. No checking the truck...nothing. Left me feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. It was a convenient location but service was not normal for UHaul at all.
Connie BUHaul customer service refused to offer me a partial refund, Robs Auto Repair was not willing to give a partial refund. I will never use UHaul again due to the absolutely horrid customer service of the company. When I told customer reps this in person and over the phone, I was told to "go ahead and use another company". Thus, I will use another company in the future.
