I was over charged. I visited in person to let them know I was charged for 2 days when I only rented for 1 day. He said he would take care of it. 5 days later I’ve now been triple charged and made 5 phone calls to try and resolve the situation. After failing, I asked GIR the area manager to call me. He still had not. I have now had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and will tell everyone I know to do the same

Nothing at all.. The service was excellent 👌. Friendly staff very explanatory, pick up and drop off was easy. Highly recommended!!

Pick up location changes at last minute in my case 70 kms away with no options. In future book with at least 2 companies so you aren’t left in a poor situation. This is the second instance where this has happened so shame on me.

This location is in a very busy specialty shop but regardless, I as a U-Haul customer was given prompt, professional assistance and was out the door in under 5 minutes. I had a similar experience returning the equipment.

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Everything was ready to go when I arrived, and staff helped me hook-up and test the connections before I left the yard.
