The email confirmation I had received referred me to Bait Casters where there was no reservation. After about 10 minutes, we realized that the order on the U-Haul site indicated that the pick-up was at Robs Truck Service. The situation caused undue stress that could have been avoided if the correct information had been emailed to me.
