The ramp of the truck was non functional. We tried calling uhaul service assistance but no one answered for an hour. We had a really stressful time and after a trial and error of more than an hour we're able to get the ramp inside. Something was blocking the ramp when we're were pushing it back. This led to a really bad experience.Somil P.

The gas gauge was actually at 7/8's while the gas showed full on their paperwork. I brought this to their attention and was told they would take care of me, it's just the two of us here, she said. I said ok. But of course, no compensation for the gas issue. I filled the tank to above full but that didn't matter. Please do not use this location.RONALD TED H.

Awful customer service. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. Couldn't find the truck keys and delayed us for an hour. Accidentally charged us for a 15' truck when we rented a 10' truck. Told us to bring the truck back at 5:30 pm even though contract said 1:30 pm and when we double asked the representative at the location said â€œoh it's fine, I don't see anyone renting itâ€ then the next day called us repeatedly stating truck needs to be back at 1;30 pm and that it's uhauls policies not hers. Didn't know how to renew the truck and took extreme length of time for any transaction probably due to the disorganization of the location.AMERA EMAD A.

I was charged for an additional two days, keep mentioning this to the shop and keep being told different things. I was also told that the dolly was ok to use even though the $7 would be waived. I need to talk to someone at corporate to refund me the two days of payments I was charged for, when I shouldn't of been because I dropped the truck off the same day. This is unfair and every dollar right now is important, with regards of everything going on and why this truck was needed :(jason H.

The online pickup process needs improvement. Waiting for the representative to do her end took 10 minutes. All stuff that could have been done before I picked up the truck. Also, the store forgot the appliance dolly I reserved, so I had to go back to pick it up which added an extra five miles to my mileage total. Would be nice to have this amount refunded since the miles were only incurred to go back to the store and pickup the dolly that should have been in the truck ready to go.Matthew M.

The fuel situation is poor. When I get in rental car, the car is full and I return it full. When I got in your truck, it was at 1/4 tank and I had to estimate how much to fill it back to a quarter tank... dumb. Require full out and full in. I had 90 miles to get my pick up done and had to refuel before I even got there... change your policy!Scott B.
