This location was not close to me. Also, it was not very clean an organized. I would only recommend this location if it had the only rental in my area.

MARK AArrived at 3:50 for 4pm reservation. Van was loaded with over 100 chairs and not ready. Waited until 4:40, Van was dirty. No paperwork. Lobby was full of garbage on the floor. Work area was cluttered and dirty. I’m a regular renter. Even the parking lot was littered with garbage. Worker just kept saying they didn’t refresh their screens so they never know when someone is coming in?? UHaul is too expensive for that kind of service. I won’t be returning. My last rental two weeks ago at the Tienken location was also bad. Truck parked less than 18” from another one. I had to climb across the passenger seat to get in, in the pouring rain, worker didn’t want to leave the desk but no one was in the store. I purchased 10 large totes, he watched me struggle to carry them all to the truck in the rain. What’s happened to UHaul?? Looking into Budget for my future needs.
WANDA BThe older lady was rude! Instead of putting the cats away (plural for MULTIPLE cats) because I have allergies, she asked me to stand outside. She was very nasty! Horrible customer service! I will never return to this location! If I could give a negative star rating I would! If you can select ANOTHER u-haul location!
