JEFFREY CI am having issue with my billing as from last 6-8 time i have booked with U-Haul and each time my company LLC name is not showing correct and giving me wrong billing information and because of that i have to do multiple call to fix that from the U-Haul store and waiting my time..so not happy with the UHaul system.
VARDHAN PThe issue is with the U-haul app that is a complete piece of shit. Never works properly. Scheduled a pick-up at a location that required mobile pick up and of course the app failed again. I got lucky that somebody happened to be there who checked out the vehicle for me. had he not been there, I would have been fucked. Fix the fucking app already!!!

ALLEN JThe office was a mess. The truck ended up having warning lamps on the dash. I had to interrupt my truck p to assess the problem. When I returned the truck, they seemed unconcerned or unapologetic about the reported issue.

JOSEPH MI dropped off the truck and the guy said just park there and give me the key. After that I checked my bank account and he did charge me extra $65 .

MARTIN AThe day prior to pick up, we had to switch pick up location. They offered us a 20 ft truck instead of a 10ft but we didn't need anything that large, so they gave us a $20 credit. It was a party rental location for pick up The reservation process was cumbersome and incorrect information was captured initially.

KEVIN TWhen I arrived at my destination in the uhaul, we opened the back of the truck to see 16 party tables stacked in it. I immediately called the office and they advised I should bring it back and they would remove the tables. I didn’t have time to take it all the way back to the rental location so I had to remove them myself. They said they would take my price down for my troubles. To date that has not happened, very disappointed.

MARTIANA MThis was a 24/7 pickup location. The location and pickup process was fine, but the cab of the U-Haul was trashed. It was covered in grease spots, crumbs and debris and wrappers everywhere, and it smelled like a litter box. We had to clean it ourselves before we threw on our trip.

Bryan PThis has nothing to do with the location of pick-up. The on-line system ignored my change to a covered trailer and instead held an uncovered trailer. The move was a disaster in the rain!

MIKE BPersonnel were very helpful. My issue is with Hertz corporate. Received a notification 24 hours prior to pick that the pick up location had changed. I was OK with the change, but when I tried to use the app to accept, the pickup time options did not align with my initial reservation. Had to be called directly and all worked out OK, but the customer service rep mentioned that my experience with the app was not unique. Created some unneeded anxiety for me for awhile not knowing if the truck was going to be available per my initial request.

Laurie BThey charged me 200+ dollars for driving truck for only some 12 miles, it took me pain of few calls and visiting place twice to get it cleared. And the excuse was that truck have some problems and sometime they read mileage wrong 🧐. There is one more review about false charges…
