Mobile pick up was absolute garbage, truck wasn't ready at prior location and had to change locations and then the stupid app tried sayin I drove 279 miles when I only did 100. Absolutely trash service you guys should be ashamed. Will absolutely never ever ever do mobile pick up again and preferably never even use uhaul again id rather make 1200 trips in my personal vehicle. Strong 0/10 will never recommend

Martin LDisappointed that I ordered an Appliance Dolly and a dozen clothes and they said they don’t rent that stuff anymore….so I had to go rent a Dolly at Menards but when I returned my truck in Neenah WI they had all the supplies…Dollie’s, boxes, clothes.
SUZANNE KThe pick up location was not a problem. I will say that picking up via the UHaul app is not very user friendly. My location was unable to be determined via the app, so we had to call the 24/7 help number and thank goodness for the friendly and helpful person at your call center that was able to do the pickup check in for us over the phone, or we would not have been able to get our truck on time.
MARK SIf possible make sure the trucks tires are aligned and the play in the steering wheell is fixed. Otherwise it was an excellent vehicle.
BRUCE KDidn’t seem to know the check in process and took a long time. Then gave me the wrong keys to the truck I rented Then the truck had a different license plate number than the text you sent me. And checkout process wasn’t clear and took a long time too. Had to call UHaul 2-3 times and these people helped straighten things out.
MARTIN LI would not recommend this location at all. The staff member didn't know how to use the system to find our order or get us our truck. The staff member didn't provide any paperwork or instructions at all. Due to the language barrier, he didn't understand what I was asking for in terms of getting paperwork on our rental or that there was discrepancies in the fuel level. The truck was in poor condition overall, it would shake vigorously when the roads had even the slightest bumps or just natural grooves. It was not safe as the shaking made it incredibly difficult to manage gas pedal speed. We initially choose a different, closer location, but U-haul changed our pick-up location to this location. We rent trucks every year for events, we will not be using this location or U-haul again.
ALAN DTruck was clean but only 3/4 tank of gas. i filled it with $50 of gas after only 42 miles of use. i’ve never rented a truck with less than a full tank before - obnoxious
CRIS KThe people at the location refused to help me. I did not get a key code which they insisted I had. The app told me to go to the counter. After 30 minutes they came out and unlocked the box where the key should have been and it was not there. It was still in the drop off box. The store was sketchy and the people were rude with limited English.
Robert TWhen I made my reservation for a 26 foot truck I asked and was told I would have cruise control. This was very important as I was driving 625 miles in one day to pick up furniture and then 625 back. The truck I was given had cruise control but it was not working. On top of that I was give a truck that was flagged for issues and for short in town pickups as I later found out. I struggled to get to my destination and in combination with a Ford f650 truck that rode so terrible rough but advertised "haul like truck Rides like a van" I was so badly hurt with back issues I had to hire help to load my truck as I was unable to walk without assistance for 2 days. Your people would not help me when I called in over a 9 hour day and would not exchange my truck even thou it had a mechanical issue and then cost me an additional $400 to hire helps to load my truck. As a company this was atleast the worst experience I have have ever had. The real joke in this whole mess was your last attempt to help while I was struggling out on the road was for me to turn around after I was 400 mile into my trip and go back to where I rented the truck and get a different one!!! Quite possibly the worst attempt or suggestion to help I could have imagined. I will NEVER rent a truck from uhaul again and I will make sure to tell everyone what bad, bad, bad experience I had with Uhaul.
Scortt BDon't bother with the UHaul phone app. It doesn't work. It apparently decided to cancel my reservation when I tried to check in. Luckily the owner of the store was able to log in a fix everything for me. He was super helpful. Don't bother with the app. Just go see him and he'll take care of you.

Joseph KI should be leaving a review for U-Haul, not a location where they have zero U-Haul employees working at. The locations where not the problem with my experience. Uhaul was the problem, changing both my pickup and my drop off locations then trying to charge me more
Juliette WPlease give an estimate of how much the rental will be. I never knew how much the total cost would be, even after I turned the vehicle in. The staff member was not very attentive, or knowledgeable. I could not understand him, and he was running a liquor/food store, while he was doing a transaction for U-Haul. And, I believe I was over-charged at least $30.

Joseph SWhen I went to pick up the truck the desk person didn’t know how to check me out or help. He was new. So we had to call the uhaul customer services. On a Sunday resources are less. I spent over 1 1/2 hours working through the check out process with most of it spent time on hold on the phone. Because it was so long I had another appointment elsewhere get cancelled. When I brought the truck back on Monday I complained about the lack of assistance when I picked it up and they just said to call U-Haul. They are just a dealer. I won’t arrange further rentals with them or with U-Haul ever again.
Gina WDo not use the online app. Ot times out errors out and ends up frustrating you in the end. Go inside and complete the rental process, they are very helpful.
CHRISTOPHER VThe truck was clean but it has a leak. Once we found where it was leaking from (after all of my things inside had water damage) we saw it has been re-caulked multiple times so the leak was known by someone at uhaul.
George GOwner assisted with phone numbers for uhaul breakdown right across street had visual the whole 3 hrs it was dead at gas station roadside and call center took way to long and call center didn't call back anytime they promised. Horrible experience with UHAUL
MARY CDon't rip people off by charging twice because the rental company was too lazy to check the truck in manually!!! Uhaul should not let people who first off can't speak English and second don't know how to operate the system... SHAME!!!!
