Attendant was on a personal phone call would not assist me. He told me he would send me a return receipt with in 20 minutes never receives come . to find out he is try to charge me for another day when the truck was in fact dropped off two days early and under mileage clean and a full tank of fuel. This place is a scam and I will be disputing charges. What a horrible reflection on U-HAUL

We did not get our moving blankets. There were none in the side bag. I noted this on the rental return. No one has contacted me yet. I don't think I should have to pay for the blankets I didn't get. The truck was great though.

Cathlyn VBilling was incorrect and they didn't check me back in for about 7 hours and I got charged for another day.
LEILA PWe were NOT told on how to do proper steps on returning U-Haul. Was told NEXT time to do such and such, very hard to understand… language barrier. Lock boxes were not working properly or wrong combination… need to school people better on this
