We did not get our moving blankets. There were none in the side bag. I noted this on the rental return. No one has contacted me yet. I don't think I should have to pay for the blankets I didn't get. The truck was great though.

Cathlyn VBilling was incorrect and they didn't check me back in for about 7 hours and I got charged for another day.
LEILA PWe were NOT told on how to do proper steps on returning U-Haul. Was told NEXT time to do such and such, very hard to understand… language barrier. Lock boxes were not working properly or wrong combination… need to school people better on this
JODI PWent to pick up truck at 6a.m. I had 6 moving people waiting. Did everything online. Went to get keys out of lock box and keys weren't there. I had to wait till nine. The owner told me it wasn't his fault. No accountability.
