Express Check In did not happen. I was greeted with a negative attitude. The Vehicles Windshield was not clean. I needed to stop at the Service Station to clean it so I could see driving down the road.

I changed the pick-up point for the trailer. It took 2 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, with a person in broken English. The new pick-up point was wrong, and I spent another hour on the phone, again mostly on hold, getting it correct. The local U Haul dealers could do nothing to help. Very frustrating.

I had reserved a 15 ft truck for friday at 4PM. I received a call from the company at 10 that morning stating that someone came in and rented the truck that I had reserved and I would not have it. This left me in a bad situation. I ended up going to the place and they had a bigger truck there. I asked about it and they said I could rent it. Why did they rent out the 1 I had reserved and why did they not let me know the other 1 was there? The folks renting the trucks were also not very knowledgable at all about the process.
