No complaints, really. The online system allowed me to pick up on a Sunday morning. Truck was clean, tank was full - actually, now that I think of it, I thought I had ordered some blankets, but I didn't get any. Maybe there was a glitch in the website.Susan M.

after a huge hassle started with U-haul themselves (not affiliated with this shop) I was expected to lift a trailer and make the connections myself which, from my understanding, is a liability issue for U-haul trailers. This entire process was made incredibly difficult by U-haul and I hope as a company, there is some kind of retribution for their actions.Tim J.

Had to wait while employee was on the phone. Other employee walked in and sat behind desk even though he apparently was on lunch break. Neither employee acknowledged our presence in any way until the one was off the phone which was at least a 5 minute wait.Christopher S.

There's very little cellular service here - I couldn't complete any of the check-in steps online and neither could my partner. Took several follow-up calls and emails to sort it out in the end.Karlie I.
The box was two days late. It took 21 phone calls to find my box!!! No one actually knew. First I received an email guaranteeing a Wednesday arrival. The next day I was told by phone call to u-haul it would be here by noon. Thursday. Next it came in a 4. Oops it was the wrong one. Frustrating!Marilyn B.

Rock Lake Paint & Repair was great. Uhaul website return process was very disappointing. I had to take pictures in the dark, at night, cold and raining. All wet, phone wet. Picture of outside and picture of inside. Wasn't happy.Corey G.
Wi Fi Service for Verizon in Lake Mills was insufficient. With the help of "Brian" from Rock Lake it all worked out. He went out of his way to help us out. Without him, our move could have been delayed hours.Vicki B.

setting it up was HORRIBLE! your Milwaukee location was inept and even though I kept asking to get a truck in lake mills they kept putting it in watertown wis. I eventually found the uhaul in lake mills and only they were able to work with me to get it scheduled. Very time consuming and inept people on the 262 Milwaukee central routing number who have no concept to talk without mumbling. Very unprofessional people. You should let your local people set up the truck schedule only.Mike E.

Very nice and incredibly helpful. U-Haul totally screwed my move up by calling me 2 days before my move to tell me my reseerved 20' truck was not available. They offered a 10' about 1/2 hour away (unacceptable). I asked for something bigger as NO 20' trucks were available. This place had a 15', so I went with him. He did not have in inventory the 2 dollies I needed ( another U-Hal screw up!) but managed to find one of each in his own supplies. He saved my day that U-Haul completely screwed up! Everything went well aside from the original truck that was assigned for our one-way trip was a return to location truck. They were able to assign a different truck to resolve the issue.Kristopher F.
Equipment broke and I have been charged for a one way drop charge but U Haul so far has been unconcerned that the malfunction that did not allow me to finish my project. U Haul checked the rental in as being in good condition after I told them what broke and told them why it was returned to a different location. No receipt e mailed to me. Just a charge to my account. After calling they now want 72 hours to look I to this. Less corporate rules and some customer service would be nice. When this trailer is rented next time since it was checked in as a good, there will be another customer with problems because they didn't listen My rental location is great. The trailer was coated in ice and not usable as a car transporter. I brought it to a self car wash to get the ice off but it was closed because of outside temperatures. With the use of my torpedo heater I able to use the straps. My son and worked on it for an hour just be able to get the car on the trailer safely! There was no way that trailer should been rented out in that condition.randy Z.

Rick lake was amazing after uhaul messed up my reservation. It was moving day in Madison and trailers are difficult to obtain and I needed a multi day rental. The u box was not at the location I needed and I was not notified ahead of time. I had to waste two hours travelling to get the trailer. The people at rick lake really came through when I told them of my situation they rented me a 6x12 trailer for the two days I needed. They were fantastic and saved my week despite corporate uhaul failing me multiple times.John E.
Was very disappointed that we were forced to travel an extra 15 miles to pick up truck, then billed an overage charge for our miles. Outside of the control of local business, but i would not use uhaul again with this unfair charge.John B.

Uhaul decided to change my pick up time that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance from 9am to 4pm. Didn't call... No notice, just a text. Since when does a moving company get to dictate MY move. I then had to spend over an hour getting someone to help me find a truck to pick up at 9am to not derail my crew who was helping and my upcoming work schedule. Making a relocation hours away doesn't need to be further complicated by your poor customer service and organization. I was absolutely not satisfied with your customer service. And will not use uhaul if we move again. I will pay more to not have this hassle with someone else.Candice R.
