The location needs no improvement, but the uhaul site does. I was unable to check the trailer in when I was dropping it off. Got a message with "oops, something is wrong....". I'm glad to see no extra charge on my cc from that as the trailer was returned early.

James BI can’t think of anything that I can see improved at this location. They are friendly, helpful, and generally wonderful people to do business with. I will always use this location for any U-Hail rentals. The best experience I’ve had with any U-Haul rental.
CRAIG WEngine noise in the cab was so loud a very uncomfortable ride it had 144,000 miles my honest opinion the check in procedure to obtain the key was a nightmare
