I had to travel 25 miles away to get the U-Haul I needed. I was not told I would have to drive that same extra 25 miles to return it. Since I wasn't told I assumed I could return it locally. Turns out I had to drive and pay for an extra 50 miles completely not related to my moving. No compensation, no credit, not even an apology. That place should not be allowed to rent U-Haul. We returned a day early and outside of business hours on a Sunday. The person was there and happened to see that we were trying to check the truck in and was having difficulties. I went through the online check-in process and your computer system dumped my driver's License photo and other info after I finished it but before I picked up the truck, the pick-up location spent almost a hour on the phone with their reginal people to locate my reservation and info and in the end they had to enter me as a walk-in and do it all over again, both your regional people and the locals said this crap happens "all the time" with your online reservations and check-ins. I blame YOU the folks at corporate for the mess, the locals were great and did everything they could do to fix the mess your system left them in.Dwight K.

This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have rented at this location. The staff is very nice and friendly. However, the checkout procedure always seems to take 30-45 mins before you can actually use the vehicle. They blame it on the U-Haul software, but I think that they are not that computer savvy.Jeff P.

The UHaul Co in Tiffin couldn't have been more cordial and accomodating.. He even took off the hitch and re-covered the opening for us when we returned the trailor. We would rent from him again. Thumbs up for him. There was a leak or two in the trailor which we told him about. He promised to spray and fix them. Nothing we were moving was damaged because he sent 12 packing blankets with us. It always takes at least 30 minutes to complete the paperwork and drive away in the truck at this location, even when I do the reservation online a day or two before I need the truck. The focus is on their primary business, bulk food, and the U-Haul operation waits for any activity in the bulk food business to be completed before the U-Haul customer is next in line. I just get a general sense of indifference for the U-Haul customer. I have rented several times, over the years, waited more than 30 minutes, and it never improves. The equipment is always clean and ready to go, but the waiting time is costly if you have hired help to assist with your move. I get dropped off at the location and send my helpers to grab lunch, knowing I will have plenty of time for them to return.PAULINE O.

Not uhauls fault just a bad location. I tried to drop it off at tiffins other location. And was told it is not a "prime" location and I had to take it to the other location. So because they couldn't get me a truck like promised in tiffin they call the day before and tell me I have to drive to Findlay. So they made me waist more gas causing me to spend even more not once but twice!Stephen S.
