It's urged a set of pads and the location that I picked it up from only had half of a set. However, the biggest issue I have with you Hall is that there was no Jack on the hitchton. I had to get help to lift the hitch off the ball when it was empty to drop it off.Leo B.

The inside drivers side floor in the cab was muddy. But the yard there truck was in was muddy so there was no way to not get the floorboard muddy I would say. No problem. We were in and out in no time.JEFFREY S.

Attendant was respectful and helpful. I would recommend not burning trash near the trailers. My hands were covered in ash after attaching the trailer to my vehicle. However, the attendant was helpful by allowing me to wash my hands and even provided GoJo hand soap.STEVEN Q.

I scheduled the trailer pickup from a nearby location but they sent me to another one a few miles away. Looks like the "preferred" pickup location has little to do with where the actual equipment is located. Not a big deal but I'm surprised the reservation software couldn't tell me where to go for the pickup.Rob S.
Nobody explained the drop off instructions, so we turned the key in before realizing we had to log anything online. So then they charged an extra $20, and I was charged twice. They didn't know where the key was, was still cleaning it, and acted clueless as to how the process should go. Very unimpressed. When I called the 1800 number, I waited for 40 minutes and never got an answer. So now I'm not even sure how to get my money back for the extra charges.John S.

Have assigned equipment positioned so customer can hook up to Hauler. Have people on site to move equipment around. Another customer moved trailer so I could get my trailer. I did online checkin and still took 45 minutes to leave the site. No on gave me any instructions on equipment. Terrible, terrible service.Danny W.

Originally reserved a Uhaul at Mini Storage 7606 Madison Blvd, Huntsville, AL 35806. I went to pick up truck at this location and was told at the Mini Storage facility that the truck was at this Rocket Performance center instead. Uhaul never notified myself of the change. Because I had to drive further and had difficulty finding this facility, my overall move cost more money due to having paid for movers by the hour, 85.00, who were waiting for myself to get back to moving site while I was trying to find the new pickup location of Uhaul truck. If it were not for the Joey, the gentlemen who runs this Rocket Performance facility calling myself to see where I was, I would have lost more time trying to find it. When equipment is rented on line ensure equipment t is actually available. Ordered a 10 foot, bumped up to a 15 foot, that was for local use only, so eventually ended up with a 20 foot. All at the same rate as 10foot.SAMUEL T.

Rented a dolly first one was mest up. The second one the straps were mest up but didn't find out till we tried to hook on the car. They were rusted and didn't work. Please check the item when returned to make sure it works.STEVEN E.
The location at Rocket Performance was very good, large parking area and very helpful staff. The issues are with the city's road construction near the entrance... but that is not a U-Haul issue, it's simply road construction.Bert N.

The wiring on the trailer I rented was damaged and had been jury-rigged by someone. It worked when I pulled out from the rental location, but the jury-rigged "repair" fell apart on the road and wore part of the wiring completely off. I found the damage at a fuel stop. I later stopped at an auto parts store to purchase electrical tape & wire cutters to make my own jury-rigged repair, which still looked good by the time I dropped the trailer off. The drop off person was busy, so I didn't have a chance to explain & show her what I had to do to get home with functional trailer lights.Robert V.
