The U-Haul was great! Vehicle worked well and it made the move smooth. The owner of the shop wasn’t very professional. I was having trouble with the lock and I called the number given. The gentleman in the phone didn’t seem thrilled and they called the owner out there. He arrived and undid the lock and was very rude and condescending towards me for having difficulty with the lock. Yes he was able to unlock it without any problem but I still feel there should be a level of professionalism even on weekends when you are off. If you didn’t want to deal with people on weekends you shouldn’t offer that as an option.

The billing was incorrect. Not sure where the disconnect was, but I was charged $30 for "towing insurance" that I had declined and then when the charge came through, I was billed another $9. So I was only supposed to be billed $60 and the actual charges came to $99.

The representatives at the location in Texas had some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Unfortunately, your pricing for me to have to rent the trailer for 4 days and have to pay almost $400 for a 6 hours trip is ridiculous. While I love the customer service, I am going to have to think twice before I rent a U-Haul car hauler from out of state again!

Horrible experience. I had to drive from another town to get this trailer as my reservation in my town was changed and given to someone else. Will seriously consider not using uhaul ever again.

The guy dint listen to one word i said. Over charged me and when i called him because he wasn't there when i got back w the truck after only one hour of using it he gave me a bs story. Im still waitng for him to call back. Im greatly dissatisfied w the service i receiced today. Never again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They hooked up the trailer and made sure that lights were all operational. If I were in that area and ever needed a rental trailer or truck, this is the location I would choose.

Since this is a small stripmall, more information about where to leave the equipment should be provided. This storage company has 3 locations. Notes that I can leave the equipment at another location (with more room) would be helpful.

Checking in to get the truck took 30 minutes. Checking out to return the truck took 30 minutes. I have never used the mobile check in and no place did it explain the process. I had to call the emergency number to even realize what I needed to do. Need to explain the process.

The people here we're great. My storage reservation never came across from Uhaul corporate though. The lock order did but not the storage unit to put it on.

Computer systems were messed up, took about 30 minutes to leave. Poor gentleman had to call headquarters who were having trouble as well. Also we reserved a truck in Amarillo but were diverted to Canyon. The ace didn't have the dolly we reserved so they lent us a different one, yet we were charged more. If you dont have what we reserved u dont believe I should have to pay more because of your mistake.

It was just fine the tenant was helpful and and was will to help all he could I thank you for your help and the Amarillo office want over bord to help find a trailer for I would recommend bought offices and I thank you for the help

There was food in the cab from the previous person that used the truck. I didn’t notice it until after I drove away. Fortunately, I wasn’t penalized for it. I returned the truck on Sunday after hours, so I didn’t have a chance to report it to the uhaul dealer. Other than that, it was a good experience!
