A part the fact that the previous customer left the truck empty, the representative was great, Kutos to him, wished we knew about this office before. Great customer service, and great location.
James TThis location was fine, but it is not where my reservation was initially made. That location on 6th St in Amarillo had a trailer but it needed repairs. The attendant there called another location on Canyon St. in Amarillo and was told they had a trailer I could pick up. I traveled half way across town to that location only to be told they DIDN'T have a trailer available and sent me another 15 miles to the final pickup location on 23rd St in Canyon, TX. I was not offered the $50 advertised payment for reserved equipment not being available at the initial location on 6th St. When I finally arrived at the 23rd St. location in Canyon, Tx, the agent there was very helpful and verified my towed vehicle would fit on the trailer with no problems.
