CHARLES BI had reserved the trailer, 12 moving blankets and a dolly. They only had the trailer and 6 of the 12 blankets. Then they say it's only a request. There is a big difference between a request and a reservation.

FRED NOn May 23, 2024 I initiated a Storage contract in the amount of $95 per month. On June 25, 2024, $95 was withdrawn from my account to cover storage fees for July. I vacated the storage unit on June 30, 2924. When I called to inquire about a refund for the month of July, I was informed that because I did not vacate the storage unit on the 23rd day of the month(the date I initiated the contract) I would not be getting a refund, that company policy does not allow prorating charges. I was never made aware that I needed to vacate the unit on the same day that I initiated the contract in order not to be charged for the following month. I am willing to pay for the seven days of Storage, however, charging $95 for seven days of storage is completely unreasonable. I would strongly suggest that customer service representatives inform prospective customers of the company policy regarding prorating charges as well as making them aware that when they plan to vacate their storage unit to make sure they vacate it the same day they initiate the contract.
Patricia P | Overall ExperienceCalled in to get reservation, the moved my pick up location about 3 times. Lived in Amarillo and had to go to Canyon to get trailer after I booked 2 months in advance. During the calls I was screamed at and hug up on twice because this lady was just so “busy.” Spoke to a supervisor and they took the employees side and was like “ya, she should have hung up.” Very horrible experience. Will not be using y’all again.

Chris SThe agent seemed in a hurry. Told me he would email the receipt to me. After 24 hours and no email, I called that location. The female who answered forwarded me to another location, who in turn said he didn't cover the area so forwarded me back to the previous. No answer from anyone. Okay, now I'm starting to get very nervous. I called to customer service number and explained the situation to the rep. She said the vehicle had not been checked in and was showing to be late. I told her I handed the keys to an actual human being at 9am the day before. Apparently the computer showed I had tried to do a self return, which was totally inaccurate. Your rep was great, she tried calling the location and the area manager, but had no luck. She went ahead and fixed the computer thing to show I had returned your truck and helped put my mind at ease. A short time afterwards, I received an email showing my account had been corrected and the invoice closed. Kudos to the nice lady at customer service!

Sandra MUnfortunately I have a storage room in north Amarillo, they would not return my trailer to that location. I had to travel 20 miles south to Canyon Tx to return. Not very convenient

This was the first time I've ever used uhaul before and honestly I'm really fascinated by this company, which has lasted so long and has a virtual monopoly on moving equipment (budget doesn't have trailers). The history of American innovation is awesome and I'm going to buy a book on the history of uhaul to learn more about it. Wish uhaul and all its employees continued success!

Timothy RThe truck was very nice, well maintained, clean, no damage and drove very well. The guys that ran the store were very professional, and explained everything! However, the "U-Haul" app NEEDS WORK. The online order process (from my phone) needs a lot of work!! I worked 35+ years in the computer/programming industry and I recognize very poor programming. It appears the company did not want to spend the money for progamming labor, or the guys who did the coding do not use their own product. I will probably use U-Haul again, this is for anyone else who can use the info..........!?
Terry DThe drop-off was very difficult. The drop off area by the storage units was difficult to find, and the drop-off key box was non existent. I finally found the office in another building completely, and dropped the key in the mail slot. The help # I called had no clue as to where the key box was.
David CCheck the cigarette lighter in all trucks. The one in our rental malfunctioned causing us to get lost as the battery in our phones could not be charged. we went out of way.

SUSAN HI was assured that someone would be there to receive the trailer. When I arrived the door was locked and no lights in the office. I called the phone umber provided and was told that someone was there but could provide another address for delivery. I returned to the office and knocked until someone appeared and unlocked the door. They wanted me to unhitch the unit but I refused.

We could not find the storage place on 7th and 4th street. we called customer service and after some confusion, the owner personally showed up and lead us there. The place was well lit and very clean and the owner was very polite and courteous. We really appreciated the extra mile he took. I would differently recommend Rockin R storage to any one needing storage space Canyon city Texas

Patti G | Overall ExperienceWhen returning the equipment, I called the after hours number to report the return as directed. I spent hours with their answering service giving me the run around when I told them that I was dropping off the equipment and Uhaul had kept me on hold for over 2 hours trying to get help closing out the contract. I used a total of 4 different phones, different carriers, 1 of which a landline, as soon as I mentioned having trouble returning the equipment, they instantly went into the “Iypu are cutting out and I only get every fifth word “ mode. Pitiful service. Uhaul customer service is even worse than this answering service. Uhaul customer service is so hard to reach, it is worthless!!!

Darren HI’ve had different storage units with Rockin R Storage since approximately 2006. Some have been outside but since 2013 have had climate controlled units mostly. At times have had as many as 5 units. The staff is always competent and knowledgeable. Also buy my U-Haul boxes there. Have recommended to friends who have rented there! Hooray!
