James KMake sure you're effing trucks work properly and don't have warning lights and failing modules. Then make sure the phone staff that call and try to assess the situation are reasonable and are able to effectively communicate. This is all recorded I'm sure so I hope you would look into it. Carissa SAttendant there argued over and finally charged me for one gallon of gasoline after I had already spent $725 on the rental. Also drove 12 miles over the limit which I didn’t argue about. I think the charge for gas should have been dropped.

Kim JWe were contacted and asked if it was possible to return the truck a day early because someone was wanting to rent the the next day which was our scheduled return. We rushed getting it unloaded to get it back a day early only to be told we didn't get any kind of discount for returning it early at Uhauls request.
VALERIE MNobody told me I had to have two people vouch for me, which took time to take place. I called help and was on hold for almost an hour while I was paying movers to stand around because I couldn't get any help getting into the lock box. My next move will use equipment from a different location.

elton cLocation is awesome and the customer service is outstanding. WIndshield wiper fluid was dry. Can't go above 75 MPH, that was rough but i get it this rental was a bit pricy but i know the cost of everything is high right now, fuel + mileage cost ended up being more than i anticipated, but again, i get it. Economy is not our friend right now. thanks for being the best in town.

JUSTIN L5/16 of gas level is hard to determine. In the old days we started with a full tank you bring it back with a full tank…easy right? This was poor thinking on corporate part.

Andres GCindy went above and beyond to help me get the lights to work from my truck to the trailer. She worked with me when it was unsuccessful and made a new contract for me for the next day, so I wouldn't lose my travel time to where I needed to unload. She is very nice and accommodating!

Dave WClearly the central uhaul have a disconnect with communication. Despite me telling the central unit that I would be dropping the trailer Sunday and despite the hours of the depot being from noon, it was not open. I had to unhitch the trailer. When I returned the truck there were vehicles parked in the turning circle which made maneuvering the 26' unit difficult.
Jeffrey TThe lady that opened the store was nice enough, but when I called her an hour later to report the windshield gasket was out, she told me she would find out if I was liable and get back to me and that I should bring the truck by and she would look it over. When we were loaded I drove there and the place was closed. I called and left a msg, that I was there and the office was closed. I also left the msg that I was not going to be held liable for that gasket and for her to call me. I called one more time and left another msg and as of this date i have not heard back from her.

BOBBIE HNo one there during stated open times. Your check-in process for leaving a vehicle with no one there is time consuming and frustrating.

Rick RI made my reservation online, later attempted to change the pickup time. I never received confirmation that the change was done. When I went to pick up the truck, I discovered that I needed a passport, lease agreement, and/or two people to verify who I am. This is in addition to my DL and CC. I have no idea why you would need that, but I should have been made aware beforehand. Overall, I would say that your website sucks and your customer service is horrible!
