The online experience of renting a truck is abysmal. The morning of, I had to supply more documents that I didn't have with me at the time of picking up the truck. I gave up on the online experience and just walked into the office and finished the process there. It made me late to my appointment and then 30 minutes later dropping it off than I had said it would be. The truck was "clean" but smelled so bad that even a shower at the end of the day couldn't get the smell off my hands. At the time of dropping it off, more was required (photos, surveys, etc) and I had already dropped the key, so I couldn't take photos in the truck. Overall an extremely frustrating experience and I'll not be doing that again. I haven't used UHaul in years, and I don't expect to come back as the experience has not gotten any better than when I quit being a UHaul customer all those years ago. The questions, even in this survey are not asking the right questions. The location is not the problem at all. It's the truck and the UHaul experience, not the franchisee's issues. This is a corporate issue through and through.Nathan R.

I really appreciated the whole experience renting from this location. My only drawback was the truck was difficult for me. I've rented U-Hauls a lot this one just seem to want to float left and right and It didn't have a step so it was too tall to access for me. John and David are very professional and kind. Self checkout wasn't bad but part of the process is to enter and take a picture of the mileage, naturally. However, the odometer was on trip A so my mileage was rejected. The odometer doesn't have a typical old style button with which to toggle. If I had failed to figure out how to change the reading to total miles I would have been unable to complete the check in. Also I couldn't find the hazard button. Perhaps an additional sticker or two in the dash might help.JAMES P.

Absolutely do not use this location! I reserved a Uhaul and scheduled for a late night mobile pickup. After spending over an hour on the phone trying to access the lockbox for keys, when I finally opened the lockbox the keys weren't there! They forgot to leave them. This caused a HUGE inconvenience to me and my move. Very unprofessional. Avoid this location at all cost!Michael M.

There was no obvious parking place so I had to improvise and felt like no matter where I left it I was going block someone. No space was large enough. It took me a while to figure out where to leave it. I left feeling like I might get charged extra for blocking a storage unit or something. No one was there to assist, despite it being 1pm on a business day.ROBERT M.

Your employee basically tricked me into having to buy more gas - after I had already replaced what I used. As I was leaving with the truck he said They has is at 5/8 of a tank ( I had a witness with me) - so when I got in I verified that and it did have 5/8 of a tank. We drove 24 miles and I replaced 2 gallons of gas and when I returned the truck the associate said that it had between 5/8 and 3/4 and changed me an additional $7. I understand it's only $7 - but I don't like being ripped off. I'm also going to do a Yelp And Google review because of this.BEVERLY W.
Headlights were dim and not properly focused. Gas tank should be full when picked up easier to return with full tank than trying to figure out how to get it to 3/4 and 1/2 or whatever. Front of van was layerd in dead bugs, filthy. Windshield wipers only smeared windshield did not clean. Should probably be replaced especially with dim headlightsDAVID T.

Your mobile application is glitchy and problematic. I couldn't take a picture of the dirty cab area and the dirty wheels. When I went to rotate the pics of the truck into landscape my phone which is set for landscape motion did not rotate. When I tried to drop off the truck it took 4 tries to start the return process. Everything about he rental location is wonderful. Fix your application. It really sucksClaude C.

The add-on items I ordered didn't come with the truck, I did receive a refund but when you are planning a move those items are important. I was very disappointed. Second, I received a call that the truck should be returned at 12pm when I ordered a 10 hour rental.Kimberly G.

When i went to pick up the truck the lock was very difficult to work. It took my husband and I 25 minutes to get it unlocked. Then when we opened the truck the equipment that we ordered was not there. That delayed our moving process. When I called the phone number the gentleman who answered was very apologetic but said he could t do anything till the Stote opened the next morning. I then went to the Store the next morning and picked up only one of the items I ordered because we didn't need everything else due to the fact we had to move it on our own. We had a timeline that we had to stick by and not having the equipment we ordered made it a harder to complete. The guys at the location were apologizing and seemed like very nice guys it was just unfortunate that we didn't have what we needed.Lina S.

My mother and I came in to get a U-Haul reservation we parked the car and my mother decided that she wanted to smoke a cigarette in the parking lot David walks outside and ask her not to smoke on the premises so my mother said respectfully OK I'm sorry I'll go with you to a different area he did not respond to my mothers apology when I was inside getting the U-Haul that process was A good experience when David asked me to get the key out of the lock box I was having trouble so my mother asked him can you please come help my daughter outside he then yells at my mother and tells her I don't like the way you're looking at me or speaking to me all my mother wanted him to do was to help me with the lockbox yes he did help me but he was very rude and unprofessional to my mother it's almost as if he was provoking her in some sort of way that maybe he had animosity towards her because she was smoking a cigarette outside near the car . I did not appreciate his behavior towards my mother at all very unprofessional and very disrespectful as far as the experience of renting a U-Haul went very smooth please talk to your employees about having respect for others He's very inappropriate And disrespectfulKandis G.
