Difficult to return for new users. Customer support phone number was rude and unhelpful. Told me he never heard of that location. Staff was unhelpful too.
GABRIEL GGreat service for reservations, check in and turn in. The contacts went fast and friendly. There was an issue on my bill of a 5 gallon gas charge. I didn't mention to them that I put in 3.5 gallons of gas, total miles used was 31, about 13 mile with a load of bedroom furniture, local move, the rest of the miles empty 15' truck. They were not able to adjust locally, gave me the U-Haul national number and they took care of it professionally (I was able to forward my gas receipt). I mentioned this as a reminder to drivers to check gas gage and keeping fuel receipts. Great service with U-Haul.
